Everyone was so helpful and kind. Suzanne was so patient with us as we changed our configuration multiple times. We are eager to receive our Sactionals, this is going to make a great surprise for an autistic adult, who spends many hours on our current couch. No one greeted us or offered to help us when we walked in. Poor showroom selection. Couldn't get a feel for their different fillings
Let me just say… after our visit to this location, we will be purchasing a lovesac couch. The employee that helped us was awesome. He demonstrated how the speakers work, how the couch pieces fit together, and was even able to give us a quote of the exact couch we are looking to buy. These couches are awesome. Love this store.
Kristan was great. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she walked us through all our options and we ended up including some of her suggestions. She even remembered us when we returned to finalize the purchase. Very positive experience overall.
The staff at South coast plaza are amazing. love sacks logistic department department sucks. The team members at that store helped me with an online problem fixed it and left me very very happy. I highly recommend you use the store not the online
Sales Rep. Bernard was very helpful and informative. He work with me from my first visit to the end and follow up. The customer service at south coast lovesac is how customer service should be. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The Costa Mesa Store in California did a great job helping us choose our new couch. Lots of different material samples were shown to us. Questions were answered that we needed answered. The young man in the store that first helped us did a good job beginning the order. The store manager for the day made some changes to make sure our order was complete. He also answered all the questions regarding the statement that we received. My one suggestion for this company is to improve the way you are verifying discounts for teachers and healthcare workers. It was very difficult to go on the website and Complete the task for the additional discount. I have had experiences at other stores where you just show your teacher ID and you were given the discount. This process took an extremely long amount of time for only a 5% additional discount. We did accomplish the task but it was very frustrating.The sales associate who completed the transaction was very patient waiting for the code so that we could get the additional 5%. We are very excited to oh my best friend set up a new cell phone when it arrives.
I bought the Lovesac during the shutdown- basically sight unseen. Hussein and then Kyle, Blake and Thomas were wonderful at advising on fabric, configuration etc. we originally bought 6 seats and 8 sides. The set up was not bad. It took of us about 2.5 hours. The instructions were great. We are really happy! We went with taupe padded velvet and standard filling
Stephanie and the staff at this Lovesac location were amazing. I couldn't be happier with the level of support we received while shopping for our sactional. Incredible patience and assistance with layouts and planning along with colors, fabrics, and fills for our cushions. The options are incredible and we finally came to the perfect setup with Stephanie's help. We are so excited and can't wait to to setup our sacrional and start enjoying it. Thank you so much Stephanie!!! Update; Well that was the easy part. Getting the things you ordered and getting it all to work is a whole new challenge. There are some things that are offered that just don't work. To make corrections are difficult and time consuming. A week turn around for corrections I pretty disappointing. I have my entire living space destroyed and un useable due to boxes and returns that I need to wait for a label to return so that I can wait another week or more to try to get this whole thing together. It is very frustrating and I am tempted to cancel the entire order and go back to my old couch just to avoid any further problems. Update 11-20-2021 Well... When you think an experience can't get any worse. I find out it very much can. Promises for shipping and delivery time frames are not accurate at all. Still waiting an additional week for covers to complete my sactional set. Still waiting on credits that were promised. And of course I can't forget to mention the vast amount of options and exchange options that are offered go up in smoke days after the purchase. Now my exchange options for cover colors has diminished but if I still want that option I have been offered a higher priced premium that I can pay for with no warranty or exchange because they decided that should be a custom color and fabric when it was their least expensive choice previously. The Manager is very open to listen and acknowledge that it is a very bad experience and that she is sorry that I have been put in such a bad position with it all and the lack of "real options" that don't cost me additional money but.. Hey she is confident I'll enjoy the couch even though it has been purchased with a bunch of assurances that are completely false and don't exist. Waiting to see what the corporate office is going to decide now. Sadly I can't help but have the biggest effort offered to me is well you can return it so far. Very disappointed.
I had a fire and the sprinklers went off; got my sofa very wet. Normally I would have needed to replace my sofa, but I took the covers off, washed them as directed, and put them and the wet cushions out on the patio to dry. They all dried wonderfully and I put everything back together good as new. Seriously, I love the versatility and cleanability of my LoveSac.
