I have been very pleased with my experiences at Loving Hands Animal Hospital. All of the vets are very caring, kind, and compassionate. Their diagnostics are very thorough and they are willing to suggest/implement holistic remedies where appropriate. They don't push unnecessary treatments and allow you to decline anything you may not wish to do. There have been times in my own experience where they have also suggested where I might buy products/medications for a lesser price than what their clinic can offer, which I appreciate. The exam fee and cost of treatment may be cost prohibitive for some so they may have to seek out a more low-cost clinic, but you get what you pay for, however, so I am willing to pay a little extra to know my pet is receiving quality care.
The experience I had at Loving Hands Animal Hospital was great! Starting with the first phone call, customer service was excellent. The receptionists are very kind and helpful with great phone manners. They gave good advice and were able to squeeze in an appointment for my bearded dragon. The office was neat and clean. They even had refreshments for my kids! Dr. Noland was very knowledgeable, explaining all of the signs and symptoms to look for in my pet. She answered all of my questions. The vet techs were friendly and also very knowledgeable! I appreciate the time they took to teach me how to give my pet injections at home. I would highly recommend this practice.
I had been taking my dog Bella here for about 3 years and have always received the best care. Unfortunately, I had to make the difficult decision of putting my dog down and everyone there was incredibly compassionate during a very tough time. Loving Hands truly cares about your pets and does their best to ensure they last a little bit longer with us. Bella's last day was surrounded by people who truly cared about her and I am so thankful for Loving Hands in making her as comfortable as possible.
We were referred to your business by a good friend. But once we got to our appointment we felt very well informed about the services we were getting for our pet. All the staff we encountered were warm, professional and made us feel at ease. All our questions were answered clearly and completely. We have found our new vet for all our fur babies.
8/18/22 Absolutely Wonderful Staff and Dr. Sanchez was awesome Got my sister's dog in a.s.a.p. took care of Sammi a Miniature Australian Shepherd in need of a vet, may and may not need surgery Monday. You go Sammi!!
Had a wonderful experience. Super nice staff and vet. I’m a vet assistant at a different animal hospital but we don’t treat chickens so I’m so happy to have found Loving Hands animal hospital. My tiny chicken was treated. I definitely will be recommending this place!
The first time I took my puppy in they seemed nice. They took her in the back to give her shots, when they brought her out she seemed scared. I thought I at was because it was her first time. The second visit was the same only the puppy was limping for 2 days afterwards. For the third visit I asked to be present for her shots they refused. I cancelled and found a new vet. You can judge for yourself…
Dr Shannon n her team r amazing! We had n emergency one of r bunnies Sweetie developed a tilt over nigth and was stumbling. Shannon n her team got us in immediately gave Sweetie the treatment she needed with much love and care. Sweeties tilt is completely gone and is now running around... Thank you!!!
Been taking our dog here for a year and a half, the only vet office he’s ever been to. Our experiences with the doctors and most of the technicians have been good. They’re typically friendly, caring and patient. The person working at the desk, Kayleen, on the other hand, is a piece of work. The last few times we’ve tried to make an appointment or needed to call the office, Kayleen has been exceptionally rude. Today, while I was asking about why my dog was kenneled for 6 hours for an 8:30am sedated nail trim anxious dog, needs sedated to mess with his paws, and this office knows this as he’s been a patient for a year and a half, Kayleen looked me dead in the eye and said “if you don’t like the service here, go somewhere else”. Are you kidding me? Once again, doctors are great, but until they are properly staffed with people that can show some empathy or at least not be completely rude, our dog will be visiting a new vet.
We have a difficult anxious pup, but the staff at LHAH could not be sweeter or caring. Dr. Sanchez is the reason we've been coming here for years. Lulu may not love this place, but her parents do!
