This review is for the home installation services which were brutally incompetent. Waited probably 45 minutes before we were waited on, then finally were able to order a couple of doors and installer was supposed to call us. Never received a call and when we called Lowes to find out why we were told they had no record of our order. Unbelievable
My most recent experience wasn’t too good. I purchased a electric range on line with delivery. The poor experience was the delivery, specifically the timing. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 4-21-23. When checking the tracking on Thursday evening, it stating delivery time, 12:00-4:00. At 3:50 the tracking showed there were 9 more deliveries before me. It wasn’t until 5:00 that the tracking showed they were running late. The range was delivered at 8:30. I can’t blame the delivery team, they had 13 deliveries for the day. I was glad I didn’t have anything planned for the evening.
I ordered online for an in-car pickup; it went really good. Saved time when I was in a big hurry... probably saved me money too! 3-20-2023 Needed some 1" PVC supplies, they had "most" of what I needed, but be prepared to move around to different areas of the store to get what you need.
Was looking for a particular item. They didn’t have it. Which I understand being a smaller Lowe’s. Asked if they could see if other locations had it. Started looking it up, Girl wasn’t sure how to read what Store had one. Then somebody came and said nobody has it. which I know this item just started shipping two stores last week. Also know that not every store is going to get it. But it is available out there.
James in pro service went above and beyond to help me get my discontinued shingles. My wife and I are very pleased with his courtesy and professionalism. Thanks James.
The worst service I have ever received at a home improvement store. Apparently my money is not good enough for their establishment and they lost a sale of over $800 maybe more because the staff was to lazy to sell me the stone I wished to purchase to add on to my driveway. I was told to go to Neer or Duffs to get the stone, as if I couldn't afford it, also the amount of trips I would have to make not even knowing what I drive and I would have to much work in it. According to him he was trying to save me time and money no he just didn't want to have to lift a finger and c ffregardless it's my choice where I purchase items and how much I spend for that matter. I will NEVER shop lowes again oh and my credit card I'm canceling that. Management needs to come in and clean house imagine how much money they are actually losing over the treatment of their customers.
Needed assistance in the lumber dept railings for porch steps Lady at check out called for assistance 3 times and no one came. Could not get to the shelves where the items were because of a big box of stuff blocking the shelves.
Employees are very informed ready to help .they have a great collection of products
I have a bad taste in my mouth for this store . Yes I am a widow and yes there's a lot I may not know. But respectful help Sincere help should always be utmost important for their customers
forget about calling this store with questions or for information. you cannot get to a real person. calls are also regularly dropped as you wait in vain for someone to answer.
