Employee Sarah is outstanding!!! She was previously over the paint area ‍ and always greeted us with a smile every time we came in! She always walk us step by step with every project we had while redoing our house . We were worried she had left the store as we hadn’t seen her our last couple visits . But just discovered she is over the flooring department now !! Once again Sarah was extremely informative in her department explaining step by step on how to put down vinyl flooring and tile!! On our recent visit She even wrote down the item number, quantities and pricing for our tile as we aren’t ready to start our bathrooms yet .She didn’t want us to forget anything for later. Sarah even happily walked us over to the paint department as we are redoing an antique mahogany table and wanted some advice on how to repair it and protect it. Sarah gets a 10/10 we cannot wait to work with her again! Great job Camden Lowes!!
I purchased a GE washer and dryer that was delivered and set up three days later. When I say these guys did an outstanding job, I mean it. They kept me updated as to when they would be delivering. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure the machines worked as intended. Unfortunately, the washer just up and stopped working. I troubleshot it with no luck. I called GE but they were closed on Saturday. The website was of no help. I called Lowe's and spoke with Brandon. He empathized with me and said he would personally come out after his shift to take a look at it. He troubleshot it and determined it was DOA. He went back to the store to check if they had the same model in stock. They did, and he arranged for a swap out the next day. This young man went above and beyond with customer service. Absolutely outstanding!
The guys in the paint department are awesome. One associate had dozens of paint to do and a fantastic employee jumped in to help him. They maintained their great attitudes and did a super job. As an employer, I notice these extra efforts. 4:15 on 7/29. Thank you!
Yauna was so great!!! I wish we had employees like this at my store. She was so helpful, so sweet and took care of us so quickly because we had issues but she was so good at her job that she took care of everything smoothly. She figured everything out with ease even though my order return was difficult. Thank you
We had a terrific experience, one of the best experiences shopping at a big box store in years! Pierre in the appliance department, was such a terrific person to take care of our family, by listening to our needs and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. I visited Lowe’s yesterday to purchase Pine Straw I was a little concerned that it would be faded do to all the rain but it was very pretty, clean and brown they had it stored in the back of a 18 wheeler trailer bed so it wasn’t wet at all very dry an clean. The ladies that help load I was very nice. Thank you for great service!
The least helpful cashiers I’ve ever seen an establishment have. Look at you like you’re the stupidest person while have the most god awful tone for asking a simple question. Absolutely ridiculous
The workers are sweet and actually remember me and my man when we visit. A gentleman always says, "y'all back again," and "have a great day, and good to see you." The cashier remembers our P.O. when we cash out. Friendly, informative people.
We're doing a complete renovation of our house, and Lowe's is our go-to for almost all of our materials. Matt, the General Manager, has assembled a very friendly and helpful staff. I also like the veteran parking and military discount that they offer.
Another glorious day at Lowe's thank you Jordan for your help loading.. complaint is the electric cart for handicapped keeps stopping suddenly and not going forward. Short? Happens every time I come here.. we saw on the website that you have a certain thing and you do.. drove far to get here and you were out!!
