Loved it!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with all of my DIY needs. The prices are unbeatable compared to other similar stores. I only wish I lived closer than 20 miles from the nearest Lowe's, lol. They are also very dog friendly!!
Twice now I’ve tried to use their curbside pickup. The first time the wait was ~15 minutes. Today, after waiting over 30 minutes, I tried calling. It rang and rang. I went into the store to try to talk to a manager. No manager could be found. 15 minutes of waiting in the store. I just cancelled the order. I’m so done with Lowes.
We don’t usually shop at Lowe’s as it’s not the closest hardware store. But wow, what a pleasant experience. Very easy to find which aisles have what you’re looking for. Wide variety of products with competitive prices. They even had new Stanley bottles with great discounted pricing. This is the store to find any craftsman tool you are looking for! And if you still need help finding something, the employees are more than happy to listen to you and help you find what you are looking for.
Our fridge broke 2 days before our party. We frantically searched for a replacement and a store that could deliver within 24 hour. I'm so impressed with the service I received by Bri in the appliance department. Within 30 min the fridge was selected, order placed and delivery time set for the next morning. Wow! What great service!!
I did my deck through this location and it was an utter scheduling disaster. I was told so many times that they were coming to do the deck only for to get pushed out and finally not get installed until last October when it could have been done late July early August. Lowe’s customer installation services even informed me that the store had canceled my order several times and that I should seek reimbursement from the store directly and when I tried to follow up with this location several times, no one ever called me back. I paid for the deck in early May materials were ready in July, but because they kept canceling my order it kept being pushed out and I wasn’t able to enjoy our deck at all until the following summer.
I tried to pick up an impact wrench. I am by no means a handyman but the workers were even more clueless than I am. I asked for help from some very glassy eyed people with no results. The woman who was stationed near the power tools seemed like she didn't know the difference between a hammer and toothbrush. Needless to say I didn't get what i was looking for.
Came here to spend money, asked for help in thermostat and was told the employee can not leave and I must grab a tag. Sure, went and above and beyond to grab the tag. Then came to register employee said she can not give me price adjustment on a plunger for a dollar. I asked to call for a manager and then she yanks the stuff out of my hand and prints a ticket takes me to an employee. Now the employee refuses to give me $1 override! As he doesn’t want it on his numbers to show. Ask to speak to the manger as the instant savings to sticker “I have to have an app” I download the app and was told “don’t you know how to read” now I am upset! So the manager kept turning as I asked for his name and goes don't point fingers and leave. I folded my hands and said “I am ignorant, please educate me” he goes leave my store! Leave my store” so here I am going to spend money and being told to leave! Way to represent LOWE’s across your chest.
ISAHEL - we were extremely happy with the way he treated us. His knowledge of the products was decisive for us in buying the products. Also his behavior was very kind and patient. Isahel is a great, tremendous, wonderful person and asset for your store.
If you need to go to a home improvement store, go to Menards or Home Depot. Avoid this location at all cost I went here to buy closet doors and I applied for the credit card. And I got approved for the credit card and they told me that I would get 20% off my first purchase and then they said that I would get six months financing but once I got approved for the credit card they said it was 20% off the first purchase or the six months and they have a sign right at the register saying 20% off but it does not say 20% off or the six months so they have false advertising and this is considered bait and switch which is highly illegal
I was shopping for a grass trimmer and edger. I picked up a box and the little alarm on the box started ringing. How embarrassing! A Lowes associate named Will came to my rescue! He turned off the alarm and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I asked a lot of questions, but he was patient, kind, knowledgeable and friendly the whole time. Thank you for the pleasant shopping experience, Will!
