Of the many problems I have had with this company, my most recent experience is by far the most upsetting. We wanted to buy a nice new charcoal grill since the ones that are assembled are outside and deteriorating, we asked if we could purchase one that was new-in-box. They stated that they don't do such a thing. Later we broke down and bought one that seemed to have the least rust on the outside. We didn't bother looking inside because they were near closing and I didn't want to upset any of the employees by taking too long. Long story short we placed our trust in Lowe's, sadly that trust was misguided. We got it home and were preparing for my friend's gender reveal party, we opened the grill to see it was in horrible shape. The rust is bad enough but the finish is flaking off and crumbles to the touch! I will be returning this item but what I can't get back is the memories that we planned on making on this joyous occasion. I find it disturbing that Lowe's would sell such an unsafe product that is unfit for cooking food. I also find it absurd that they would assemble their products and leave them on display outside, where they are exposed to the elements all summer long.
Very disappointed @ the fact that I couldn't return an item that prior to purchase we had asked the gentlemen if it wasn't the right saw blade could we return it and he stated yes however we did not have our receipt but they was able to verify through the debit card we used @ time of purchase and then we're told we couldn't @ the end due to... must of had to many returns and that couldn't possibly be I completed 1 return last year so I'm unaware of how Lowes system works. I will add the lady @ the customer service desk was very kind, courteous, and professional!
Receiving starts around 0700, they unload pretty quick. The best way to get to the unloading area is to drive down Westwood Ave and take 3rd right. If you turn off the forest hills Rd entrance you could damage your tires. Overnight pkg around back for 2 trucks.
We ordered 2 appliances with a 3 month back order. We called today to check the status of our order and our appliances where never ordered. We where never called or Emailed. We where given a refund but due to inflation the same appliances ordered at a competitor’s cost me $1000 more. We could have ordered the same appliances but I would have been another 3 month wait. The competition had what we wanted in stock. Thank you Lowes.
Had a very good experience at Lowe’s in Wilson today. The 2 employeesAntonio and Dan helped me with a bathroom vanity and faucet. They gave excellent service and were both very polite and helpful. Would shop there again.
Was hung on several times. The employees need training on customer service because they are rude and nasty! They tell you anything to get a sale then send delivery people to your home who barely speak English so any concerns you have are not addressed due to the language barrier. Avoid if you can or travel further to get some decent service.
I walked into the bathroom and met Meka the cleaning lady. First of all, the smell of the bathroom was spectacular. I love a clean smelling bathroom. Probably the best looking public bathroom I have seen in awhile! And not to mention Meka had the most positive attitude! Shout-out to Lowe's for employing this angel!
Chris wasted our time. Called before heading out to see if they had a breaker we need. He told us there were 2. The problem is he didn't check the ones in the box to see that they weren't the right ones in the box. So waste of gas and a waste of time because he couldn't be bothered to do the whole job.
Very well stocked and easily navigated, staff available to help with any questions. Made a quick trip today and found this beautiful lamp! Still great service.
The store looked well stocked and clean in the areas we shopped. The person at customer service was spectacular. I believe her name is Antonio. She was extremely helpful. The Halloween selection was amazing too.
