My wife and I were talking to close friends and the shared the great experience they had with Lowell Carpet and Window coverings! We went in and met with Joy and we asked about carpet & Window Coverings for our home! Joy gave us a lot of options and samples to take home to make our decision! She priced out the carpets for both bedrooms for each selection. When the installer arrive a few days later to measure and firm the cost! It was a great experience! Before we left the store we made an appointment with Jacob, their window covering expert. And he was amazing to work with as were the installers for both window and the carpet we purchased! Loved the idea of keeping our purchase local! Top quality products, flawless installations! We highly recommend Lowell Carpet and Window coverings!

Joy and her team were fantastic to work with.  Over an approximately 6-month period they replaced all of the flooring of my recently purchased home in several visits due to remodeling.  They were accommodating of my contractors schedule and had to remove some difficult, challenging areas of multi-level flooring in order to install the final product.  It is important to me to support local businesses and the experience with Lowell Carpet & Coverings was exemplary.

Lowell carpet and coverings were great to work with.  Joy and Steve were very helpful in helping me pick out my floors, and the installation team was awesome.  I highly recommend them!

I have depended on Joy for her expertise in the field and have always been impressed with the  professionalism of the installers. I have used Lowell Carpeting for my home as well as 2 of our businesses.  They are priced fair and take great pride in their work and finished product. They are quick and efficient! They noticed before I did that some of the material ordered was not up to their standard and quickly took care of it as they would not settle for "good enough". Joy and her crew were all great to work with. They were patient with us during the order process and even made sure to find us the most cost effective, quality shades available that met our needs perfectly! We have been enjoying our new window screens and shades for the last month and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. Overall this has been a great experience, quality screens and shades and well worth the cost!

I have used Lowell Carpet & Coverings multiple times and they continue to exceed expectations! Quick to respond, reasonably priced and GREAT work. We had an issue with a product we bought manufacturing issue and Joy and her team came out right away and worked with the manufacturer to get the problem resolved. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the market for floors or blinds!

We had vinyl plank flooring installed today. I don't know where to begin: The women we dealt with on the phone & at the store were phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful plus, Steve who took the measurements more of the same, and the 3 man crew that installed the flooring I wouldn't trade for anything in this world. A FIRST CLASS 10 STAR LOCAL BUSINESS.

All my flooring has been purchased from Lowell Carpet & Coverings. We've done business with them for many years. Installation is professional, price is fair and service is exceptional. I appreciate their expertise and advice. And there is never any pressure.
