The mission of Lowell Community Health Center is to provide caring, quality, and culturally appropriate health services to the people of Greater Lowell, regardless of their financial status. We are committed to enhancing the health of our community and to empowering each individual to maximize their overall well-being.
The Health Center's Teen BLOCK supports the healthy development of young people and empowers them to become leaders in the community by working to reduce risky behaviors that lead to teen pregnancy, HIV/STIs, substance abuse and violence in Lowell, with the belief that promoting healthy behaviors will enhance future prospects for young people.
