Wrestling is a unique sport that has unique physical demands. This club is designed as a wrestiling specific strength training system to meet these demands. You'll experience HIT(High Intensity Training), Dynamic Warmups, 'Wrestling-Specific Core Training', Ladder Speed Drills as well as focussing on Strength workouts such as bench press and clean lifts etc. Another unique priviledge this club promotes is team work. All training sessions will be done in a group setting for 53 minutes on Tuesdays and Fridays beginning at 6:12am.
