Lower West Neighborhood Health Clinic - Chicago Department of Public Health

I was just trying to get WIC for my newborn daughter and as I was applying a lady not sure her name told me she was doing a transfer. I kept asking her what does a transfer mean because I had no idea my mother had me on a case she got really disrespectful and “told me she didn’t have time for me today”.

They put u on hold for a long time, and when they did it to me I was saying hello on the phone they was talking in the background not even doing their job

No point making appointments. Have to wait 3 hours or more. Front lady type information so slow and she is rude.

This location has terrible service.They need new staff specially with that lady that has been there for years not sure her name. Terrible customer service. Al ways has an attitude.
