Jenn was amazing helping us sell our house in town that we built and lived in for 10 years, and buy our dream home in the country. This was the first time we had to sell and buy, and Jenn was there every step of the way. She made the process smooth and worked with our busy schedules to get things done as soon as possible. She had constant communication with us and always kept us updated. She took care of all the details and took her time to get to know us to know exactly what we wanted and needed out of the buy/sell process. She also had great recommendations as far as inspections, financing, etc. I would definitely recommend Jenn or Simon to anyone!
My family has used Jennifer as a realtor for two separate home purchases & she’s gone above & beyond each time. She’s helped us navigate two different, but equally CRAZY housing markets like the absolute pro she is. There’s no way that we were her only clients at the time, but we felt like her first & only priority with both searches & purchases. She’s super responsive, very easy going, doesn’t judge your budget, is knowledgeable, and makes the process as fun as it can possibly be LOL. She will She takes care of literally everything - we would just show up to view the houses & sign a few documents. The house buying process can be so frustrating, but with someone like Jennifer on your side, you know you’ll be taken care of & you’ll find the right home for you & yours.
Jennifer was absolutely fabulous when helping my husband and I search for our first home. She was honest, helpful, readily available when we had questions, guided us through every process, and always had our best interest in mind. She worked hard to find what we were looking for. Jenn also kept I'm contact after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer if you are looking for a realtor!
I was referred to Jennifer by her sister, a terrific person I met with her and we just clicked. I always felt that Jennifer truly had my best interest at the center of all her work with me. After viewing a few homes, I decided on one that was being sold by the owner. – This turned out to be a nightmare. The seller was belligerent, disrespectful towards women, was vulgar and overall rude & crude. However; Jennifer did not allow that to dissuade her from doing and saying what she knew was right to protect my interest and if I desired to complete the sale. She coordinated with experts in every field were there were issues and brought all the requirements together and to completion After what seemed like and endless litany of issues dealing with the seller on issues from replacing the septic to clearing errors & clouds on the title from past buyers; Jennifer’s loyalty to me never waivered and after 6 months of work we finally closed the deal. Even after the sale Jennifer has reached out to me to check in to see if I am satisfied with the home. If you want or need a realtor that is uncompromising in representing your interest hands down Jennifer is not just the realtor you want on your side, but the one you need.
Jen and Simon are two of the best realtors we have ever worked with. They kept us up to date on changes or things we needed to do before we moved. They always come in with a smile and open minded. We had so many questions and they had all the answers and they never hesitated to help in anyway they could. Thank you again !!!!
I had an amazing experience with this company. When I started looking for a house, the market was insane. Jen went above and beyond for me. She worked tirelessly until she got me the home of my dreams! I will only use this company in the future. I would giver more stars if I could!
