My son had an excellent experience with this company. Learning to drive can be scary and stressful, but these people really understand the process. He took his driving test with them too. We found them to be very well put together and organized. We're very happy that we used Lubbock Driving School!

All 3 of our children have had a great experience with the driving school. We just adore the owners and all their instructors. Mr Carlos was great in showing our son the ropes of lbk driving. Very professional environment and always keeping us informed. They made 3 great drivers in Lubbock with our kiddos. 1 more to go.

No idea why people have said to only get the classroom portion.  We did it all and so far have had no issues with getting a drive time scheduled. They even offer weekends to practice.  We've been happy with the service.

The class is good but don’t buy drive package just class only. They’re not going to take you to drive lesson. My daughter only drive one time. I had a difficult to reserved time every time they send me a text or email about schedule to drive. It’s wasting your time. So I rather to teach my kid to drive at home.

Only take the classes! The drive time, is when availability is available. Usally when my teens where in school, had to take them out of school to do drive time. In which they do not provide school notes. You will be charged $25 for no show or late cancelation. you also can not call the drive school because no one is there untill 4. If you do not pay your fines you can not get your teens papers for there DL. Also if the weather is bad they do not cancel drive time!

The customer service was awful.  Valerie... the office lady... was so rude.  I explained that we were taking our business elsewhere.  Their competitor does not require every piece of paperwork to sign up, they just care that you have brought it all in BEFORE the first day of class, which is all that I asked of the Lubbock Driving School.  You would think that this school would want to have at least the same customer service as their competition.  IF they would have said, "Oh, I am so sorry, but our policy won't allow us to sign your child up without every piece of paperwork," then I wouldn't have thought they were being rude.  There is a way to treat your customers with respect and kindness, but then there is the way your school treated us.  I think the lack of respect is why you have so many negative reviews.

We had our oldest daughter & her cousin attend Lubbock Driving School. The staff was always a great help & very thorough on their expectations of the students. So glad they have reopened. Our youngest will be signing up this summer!
