I came here for the first time after purchasing a Groupon for a massage and facial. I wound up buying a 5 facial package because I was so happy. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Alice gave me a wonderful massage and got so much stress out of my neck and back. Maggie did my facial and my face looks and feels beautiful. The place was very clean and relaxing. I wish I tried this place sooner!
Definitely one of the best spas I come to for facials and massages. Winnie, the receptionist, is always welcoming and friendly. I had great massage experiences with Helen who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times. Annie did my facial and was very kind and informative about my skin through the process. Love this place, would recommend!
This place is amazing!! I’ve been to many massage places and this is at my #1 right now. I went for a couples massage and my bf is usually not able to withstand massages but he went through this one without a single squirm, said his massage therapist had the perfect gentle and firm touch. My lady was beyond great, the way they treat you is super relaxing. Wanda at the front desk was very accommodating, we were a few minutes late, and super welcoming. 10/10 place I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know!
I had a great time getting my facial done. Very nice and clean space. Staff was friendly and informative and did a great job! Just a heads up, they don't have rooms with double beds for facials.
My family and I have been going here for a few years now. They are always professional and polite. The massages are consistently good. There is a membership deal for massages which is very affordable and completely worth getting.
DO NOT BUY ANY GROUPONS FOR THIS PLACE!!! I purchased a 60 min massage and 60 min facial as a gift for Mother’s Day. I call the number on here and explain I have a Groupon I made an appointment and prepaid the taxes and tips so my mother wouldn’t have to pay anything. My mother needed to reschedule her appointment so I sent a screenshot of the address and phone number that’s on this Groupon page. She was able to make the change in appointment with no issue. So goes to the appointment and they tried to tell her she was going to get a 30min massage and 30min facial when my Groupon clearly states a 60min massage and 60 min facial. Then they made her wait for a manager to come in. After they do the service they tried to tell her the Groupon wasn’t for that location. Are you kidding me?? The page literally only has only location and one phone number. The person asked me to screenshot what I had on my Groupon page. How ridiculous! How can I make an appointment and my mother reschedule it, if it wasn’t for that location? The person literally told me about the original date I made the appointment & everything. So how are you able to see that information if I didn’t make the appointment there?? She questioned me about the redemption & all I’m like your own staff took that information when I made the appointment! My mother even showed the text messages she was getting confirming her appointment at THAT location! Clearly a place looking to get more money from someone who wouldn’t be paying attention or wouldn’t question! My mother said the massage was terrible they were chopping at her back. The only good thing was the facial but after being QUESTIONED about a clear Groupon showing the name, address, and phone number of this ONE location.. I’m disgusted. And even if it was for a different location… were you going to make her pay for that service instead of just transferring that Groupon over?? Why wouldn’t you check all of this before performing the service?? You wanted to get someone unsuspecting as they were leaving. I can only imagine what I would of have to go through if my mother paid for that service accidentally to get her money back. BAD BUSINESS BUYER BEWARE!
IF YOU DECIDE TO COME HERE AFTER READING ALL OF THESE BAD REVIEWS THATS ON YOU JUST LIKE I DID !!! I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt i had a groupon paid when i walked in i paid the groupon price plus extra for whatever reason but that was fine. when i got to the room a lady that did not speak much english was massaging me for a half an hour. Then another woman switched with her I think it was the owner and started massaging me, and she kept trying to upsell.I kept telling her nicely maybe next time but she kept trying to upsell me packages and hot stone i kept declining. this is all going on while i’m getting my message lol. The message was terrible the experience was terrible. on my way out i was walking through the hallway looking in my wallet to pull cash out to tip and she was behind me looking over my shoulder in my wallet i turned around she smiled i gave her 20$ Tip SMH AND LEFT I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN
Bought a couples massage through Groupon and am confused at the negative reviews. We had a great experience and left feeling very relaxed. There was no wait and the staff was very friendly towards us. We would honestly come back.
Worst experience ever, i took this as massage groupon deal , went in there they charged me some groupon sales tax which i dont understand, as and when i walked out of the room before i could offer tips , i was forced to pay tips. I understand tips part but the way they behaved , language .. omg so horrific and at that time i refused u cant force anyone and if u show such attitude , no one will ever show. Such a horrific experience. Literally i was surrounded by the staff and were like u have to pay tips Do urself a favor, dont ever go there.
This is the best place in New Jersey to get a massage. Forget those big name places that wanna rip you off overcharge you and cut your session short this place is nothing like that! they use amazing pressure and the place is spotless, extremely clean. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that wants a massage.
