Lucita’s Restaurant

Poor customer service! Not very welcoming. Small space, and they prioritise events. We go there to have breakfast. There were a few tables for groups of 4 and one for groups of 6–8. We are a family of 5. We noticed that they have tables reserved, but there was a family group of 6–8 who had just finished their breakfast and left the table. They could just set up or prepare that table for us so that we might occupy it. The staff approaches the manager, who appears to be too busy to do so, and he just informs them that they are unable to accommodate us.

This place is great. You can tell they’re very hardworking. the plating is also nice compared to other restaurants. It’s always neat and tasty. They accommodate lots of events and do best to please customer. Tess is also a great server. thanks guys!

Great service, great food, family friendly, and affordable prices. If you live in the area definitely check this place out! Really good Filipino food. We got our food served in 5 minutes. We tried the tapsilog and it was delicious. The lumpia is 4.99 for 12 pieces and tastes amazing, pretty sizeable portions.

This place really have potential, the food is great as always but the food service is slow the cook and the owner should know how to time manage. We waited for our food for one hour and so. Food came but still missing orders and we ended up canceling some. Very disappointed with our experience that day. I really wish that owner will change the slow habits and over loading the food orders from skip and doordash when his restaurant is already busy with customers.

I don’t usually give a review but this got to be the worst experience me and my family ever had. Not only we waited for one hour and half for food, they weren’t even making two of our orders. Overpriced food. No time management whatsoever. Rude services.Food: 2/5

If I can give zero star I would. We ordered all you can eat and after tasting all of them we thought this isn’t right. The flavor was either bland or had too much salt and cooking oil. Meat tasted old and some could have been my the previous day. When we mentioned it the person working she said she will let the cook next time. But no offer to remove items or discount as we barely ate anything on our plate. We basically spent $40 for garbage.

Had my youngest son’s birthday party here. Excellent food! Owner of the restaurant is very nice and friendly! The staff are very helpful! Would recommend! Especially the caldereta!

BE PREPARE TO ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER. EVERYTIME. I called an order in and was told it would be ready in 20min. Arrived at the restaurant, only to find out it will be another 10 minutes because the person who took the order failed to relay the information to the kitchen staff. I gave this place several chances, but super disappointed. The food is average nothing to rave about. The disappointment comes from their service.

I don't know what the service is like when it comes to dining in.. but the food is great! The Filipino breakfasts taste great.. the Pansit is delicious, I definitely recommend the Lumpiang Sariwa, it's similar to a Vietnamese roll. Their Pork BBQ.. so yummy and moist. you may be waiting a while for your order like other people mentioned... sidenote: seems like they rushed the rice today, had a few grains of uncooked rice in the breakfast.. still good. bahahahahaha
