75% of the machines here are out of order, I wouldn’t trust the rest. Attendants sitting in all the chairs so no place to sit for customers. I asked why all the machines are broken, “I don’t know”
Probably worst laundromat that I have been to! The thing that I really dislike about this place is that the machines are operated by an app that you link a card to. Some machines have an image of inserting coins but won’t have anywhere to put them in so you’re stuck with the app. However I will give credit to how large the place is which makes finding a machine easy. If you’re looking for a coin operated laundromat, check out San Roque Laundry. It’s a little more pricey but definitely worth it for the coin usage and just overall appearance!
The old hags will close the laundromat down early while your clothes are still drying. They have no respect, it is very unprofessional. Read the other reviews it may actually be your “unlucky” day if you go here.
Most washers are broken and don't accept PayRange. It has gone way downhill. The lot security is a nightmare to deal with. Being disabled I was told I lied um, see my DMV Placard and I cannot park my oversized vehicle near the facility in an oversized vehicle.
No luck here. This is a Card Only laundry. 50% or more of machines are out of order. No waynIm handing g over a debit card to get the card when they can't even keep machines running.
Most machines are out of order. Attendance remove your clothes from machine without your permission and leave in baskets for you to have to find your belongings.
Very limited on machines but it’s only 375 for a regular load that you can pack fairly well in comparison to the machine much larger they cost like five dollars so the bargain was worth it
When I first reviewed this location, I gave it 4 stars. There were a few broken machines, but most of the machines worked. Since then more machines have broken down and the already broken machines have yet to be repaired. Since the start of the year, prices have gone up twice, and still repairs fail to manifest. At this point, July 2023, at least half of all washing machines are out of order. The dryers are at about the same ratio of disrepair as well. A lower number of functioning machines means I have to spend more time to achieve the same result. Oh and I should mention that while the location allows the use of the pay range app, not all machines are linked to the app. Should I bring quarters, or not? Who knows, because it's up to chance that find an unoccupied machine that is compatible with the app. Luckily the staff are cool.
My experience was very good! Yes some washers were out of service, but at 11am Saturday i had no problem finding a washer and dryer. Everything looked clean and worked well. The guy who was working was very friendly and helpful
The Mexican attendant lady that works here has an attitude problem. My mother is white with Mexican kids & the other day the worker had the audacity to tell her friend- that was NOT a worker in Spanish that they should’ve told my mom that she could only use 1 big dryer because she wanted to use the other one. Little did she know that my SISTER heard everything & told my mom once outside. Just because you think someone doesn’t know what you’re saying, doesn’t give you the right to treat someone like that. In a public place. WHERE YOU GET YOUR PAYCHECK FROM. Also, my sisters dryer didn’t work after she had already put the quartets in & when she told the attendant she only said “oh.” My sister had to ASK if she could move it to another dryer & be compensated, which she eventually did- reluctantly. Now there have been little incidents with this woman every time we come here. My family won’t be “bullied” out of using this facility. I suggest she drops whatever problem she has because this literally all started because she was talking about my mom & didn’t realize my sister was my moms child & heard everything she’d been saying. Maybe she’s embarrassed or maybe she’s just a bully, but it’s super unprofessional & tacky.
