Me and the gentleman who called for his refund waisted double the money to wash 1 load because you guys fail to fix your washers! I came one year ago and had the same issue, I sure won’t be here again.
I was having problem with my washing machines and decided to use the nearest laundromat. What a mistake I have made. Tired, after work, used my detergent and stuff, started inserting the coins then it stopped taking after taking 3-4 quarters. Another customer tried to help me, however it still didn’t work. I thought it’s because this was my first time using laundromat but even she failed to make the machine accept the rest of the money. I tried several times then got upset started shaking the machine hoping it will move whatever was stuck or maybe it had too much money in the slot. Then I tried one more push, still nothing. Then the owner showed up and instead of apologizing he assaulted me. I said it’s my first time using the laundromat and he continued to harass me by saying “WELL I HOPE IT’S YOUR LAST”. I don’t know what he meant by that but it was very unpleasant and insulting . He said I hope you never come back, in fact , get out! He didn’t give my money nor my detergents. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this place!!
It was past 6am and the door is locked , lights on and employee in the back of the place. Waited and waited but I guess they open until they feel like it. Update: I don't need to be calling a business to remind them to open their doors on time.
This place doesn't bother put up "out of order" signs. The washers and dryers will take your money but might not work. The coin machine are constantly broken. There are not many machines and the place gets crowded. Employees are rude and will stop your wash or dry without telling you, if they think you put too much in the machine. There's is a much better coin wash on Zelzah and Devonshire
Great prices and very clean. However, dryer 13 did not dry well at all. While their dryers are some of the cheapest, this required more quarters, thus rendering the low price as moot.
Sign states that last wash is at 8pm. However, the door was locked at 7:45pm. Not sure if the lady is the owner or not, but it seems that they don’t keep their own business hours. This was at the location in Granada Hills on Balboa. After seeing the owners response my to review I decided to share the whole experience I was hesitant to write my full experience. Please note that the workers are the face of a business and the owners are not responsible for their workers actions. I have been to this location for about three years and no major issues, with the exception of a rare machine failure, which is understandable. However, I was doing my laundry on Tuesday 2/19/19 and the place was somewhat empty at that time. I was halfway done with my wash load, when I noticed an increase of customers. I transferred my 3 wash loads to the dryers and stepped out to my car. I had inserted two quarters and placed a timer on my cell phone beforehand. I was about a minute late to check on my clothes when the woman in charge notified me that she had removed one of my loads and that it was already dry. I didn't mind much since I was a minute late. I checked that load and then proceeded to check my other two loads and noticed that some of the cloths were still not fully dry. I then added another quarter to each load and selected "medium heat". I do not like to select "high heat" because it can damage clothes. There were people waiting, however I needed to dry my clothes further. I felt bad for the other customers, however I still needed the dryers. At that moment, the lady in charge proceeds to walk to my dryer and changes the temperature setting to "high heat". She then states, that when there is people waiting all machines must be on "high heat". I then told her that I paid for time on the machine and that I choose the temperature to select. I also told her that I do not want the "high heat " setting because it damages clothes. It was a tense moment, because there were plenty of customers present. I then set a timer and stepped out. When I tried to walk back in she had locked the doors at 7:45pm, even though there is a sign near the front door that the last wash is at 8pm. A customer tried to walk in and another tried to leave, but were unable due to the locked door. Eventually she unlocked the door and I went to check on my loads. I unloaded my machine and walked away. As I was leaving I heard her tell the remaining customers that she closes at 8:30pm and that everyone must be done by that time. I do not understand how the "last wash" is at 8pm but one must be done at 8:30pm. It almost seems that she is leaving work early and reporting a full shift at the customers and owners expense. I have never had this type of negative experience while doing laundry.
I avoid this place because of the woman that works here. The sign outside says last load is at 8pm, she locks the door at 7:00pm and yells at people that try to come back in. I guess they don't want the business. The first time we came here, we asked if there was a restroom, I informed her my 7 year old needed to use the bathroom, she told me to have her pee in their sink... No thank you! We try our best to come in as early as possible to avoid running into her. We wonder if the owner is aware of how their business is being ran. We will never be back.
Very clean...been going for about a year and the attendant is very nice. Never had a problem. She helps everyone out. It works well for me, as its on my way to work, so i can get my laundry done before the weekend. I think smaller Laundry matts are just more personalized.
Cheaper than the other local place, the guy that works here is really nice, the lady that works here is a little pushy/intimidating i feel like she watches me like a hawk when i come in here. Shes instructed me on how to load the dryer a few weeks ago and then later I was trying to see if my stuff would fit in the normal size washer and she walked over and watched me load it, asked me why i was doing that and followed me to the bigger washer and watched from beside me the whole time i loaded the washer. I felt so awkward. Then when i started it and was about to leave she walked over and checked on mine again. Im like 30 years old and ive been here before... I can do my own laundry
Horrible cramped up place. Seems really dirty. And the person who works there gave me the creeps gets really close to you, your kids, your belongings. Walks around doing the same to other people. So strange. Not friendly at all.
