Very clean and bright atmosphere. All staff were helpful and the store manager seemed like a great person to work with. I was just traveling through and searching for a specific flavor of ghost energy drink. The store has ghost energy especially in the sour patch flavors.

I went last week because steak was on sale. Then I see I need the digital coupon. But you need the App. But you can't use the coupon on the day you get the App. I'm done!! Safeway has a Club CardLike an Insiders Club only Preferred Customers can save with! and I think Lucky's had that same Card years ago. So now Safeway has a secret members only Club Card AND Digital Coupons. A lot of long-time older customers won't be playing this silly game to make them feel special. If you have a Sale, have a Sale for everyone without the Extra.

I checked out yesterday and asked the cashier a question and she jumped all over me. I’ll never go to that store again. I’ve never had that problem there before all the other cashiers are just very helpful Cell one lady. i’ve been going to that store since the day it opened. I talk to the manager he said she’s done it to other people. ?

Great staff of managers and clerks. My go to store for almost everything EXCEPT PRICES. Sorry Lucky, WINCO ALWAYS BEATS THE COMPETITION IN THIS Category. The security STILL needs improvement as well as risk management for employee's and customer's sake. Changes: increasing prices still on the rise!!!

This store is easy to shop and the employees are very knowledgeable of what they carry and the location of it.  Lucky recently spent a lot of money to do a remodel. The store is beautiful. Many new coolers and freezers. As soon as I learn to read their great signage, I'll be able to quit asking for help finding the things I'm looking for. Many products have expanded shelf space now, which must help them in keeping things better stocked . I noticed yesterday that there are codes on each aisle that the person sweeping scans as they sweep. I feel this is a great way for the store to protect themselves from fake slip/fall claims. I've talked to the store manager, who is on the floor a lot of the time. He is very open to spend some time with customers.  I was a retail manager for over forty years and am impressed by what I'm seeing at this store.  8/31/23 I'm starting to see many out of stocks in the store the last few times I've been there. Also long lines. Short lines were part of the reason i started shopping there many years ago. I still love the people that work there. I also like the fact that they have a developmentally disabled guy working there. When I was in retail hardware, I always had room to hire disabled people. Its great to see them learn their job and hopefully advance in the company as far as assigned duties.

I don't always take pictures, but they have very nice customer service and I love their selection. They also keep their store pretty neat, I love Lucky.

Really bad customer service I took my coins to the coin star machine to exchange for bills,it was $486 dollars worth of coins,went to the clerks or cashier to get my money,this is at 12:00pm and they said they don’t have enough money,even the manager said we don’t have that kind of money at 12:00pm.  Come back tomorrow he said,I don’t have the time to be back and forth,last time here sorry..!!

Friendly checkers and helpful people working around store.  I am happy I can shop here full time now.  Deli Chickens are better than Concord store; good sandwiches.  Lucky’s has done a good job of keeping things I need on the shelf during Pandemic and I appreciate that. I wish this Lucky’s would get the fresh OJ machine like Concord has at the entrance to their store.  Could use more fresh juice period maybe I’m missing it in Antioch.  Thank you Lucky’s and all who work there.  Update:  Another five star visit today in March 2022.  I appreciate this store and all who work there.  There is enough space to shop and park comfortably.   Check app for deals.  Thank you Lucky’s

Lucky's was a pleasant shopping experience for me.  They are clean and well organized, and carry plenty of quality produce, including organically grown items.  I love the 5 for $25 bi-monthly meat deals that really helps feed the family, and stay on budget.  Good variety to choose from, and the staff members are always knowledgable and helpful.  They also cater to disabled individuals, and offer motorized shopping carts.  I will definitely return.  Thank you, Lucky's!

Giving them 4 stars because they had a wide selection of non sugar no caffeine soft drinks, except I was looking for "Virgil's" can zero sugar zero calorie soft drinks and they only have the bottled drinks which are not zero at all.
