Caught this place trying to steal from me. Bought something that was 3.50 and when I asked for the receipt the guy immediately said that he “accidentally” overcharged me to 9.50 before voiding that transaction and redoing it. He Didn’t mention it until I asked for the receipt
Store employees are very rude and are not able to handle their products. Do not go here they have faulty products that don’t work will try to scam you. I have never had such a bizarre and awful experience in a liquor store.
charges different prices for different people. no price tags on anything. also check for expired foods as many of their snacks are old
17$ for a 2 drinks and a pack of gum, robbed of 10 dollars when I handed him 2 10s yet says I only handed him one
Excellent work, staff is very innocent.
Visited after a long time. Delighted to see the new owner who is very friendly and engaging. Indeed it takes a lot of efforts to impress a customer and get a five star and this store displayed everything a happy customer would look for. Great collection of drinks, candies, and essentials. Must Go place if you are visiting Venice Beach!
The owner and his team don't wear their masks. I mean they have masks, below their chin, but don't use it. They talk loudly inside the store, talk with the clients, without their masks, during a pandemic. When I was paying, I asked them to put their mask as the cashier was not wearing his mask. He told me he got tested. Yeah great, but with that thing, you can get it after his test. Well, I don't recommend it....
Loved it. I only stopped by once but I enjoyed how clean and well maintained it is. They have a lot of gorgeous and big collectible bottles, I will definitely stop by to spend some time and choose some lookers for my bar section at home. The staff was very nice, the guy behind the register was very friendly, conversational, and engaging, so while it was my first time in, they really won me and over. It's built train style, so narrow but long, and very well merchandised, very well lit, a good amount of fridge cases and cold drinks. I'll be back for the pretty alcohol finds, I love big bottles! Lol
Cool liquor store that have lots of stuff when you're doing
Not sure if it was the owner but he was fk rude, he was a older Asian guy. Don't recommend, bad customer service.
