Pros: Fairly clean space and has coin/change machines. Cons: The lady at the front desk was on the phone the majority of the time and has her dog at the desk in a basket. Yet, when I pulled one of the chairs to the front where the only TV is located, she quickly told me they don’t let anyone sit in that area. In order to watch the TV, I was forced to stand in the front lobby for the time I was paying to use their machines. Recommendation: If you don’t want anyone in that wide open space of the front lobby, then put the TV where the chairs are permitted since customers are paying to be there. I do not know the going rates for laundry mats but felt it was expensive to be $6 & $7 per load when you’re supplying your own detergent.
Mrs. Rose does an amazing job on my laundry!!! My clothes are always clean and smell amazing professionally folding and she even goes out of her way to hang my work shirts she always very nice as well. I couldn’t be any happier with my service I have received!!
I would think twice about using this place for drop-off!!! I have used a drop-off laundry service for 30+ years. I have ALWAYS gotten all of my clothes back. I just started using this place's service. I have only taken my laundry to them twice before with no obvious issues. But this last time...for the first time EVER I did not get all my clothes back. When they finish with your clothes, they leave them bagged up in front of the desk where anyone can pick up what they want. I know I accidentally took someone's clothes because they had them piled up on top of mine. I returned them the next day!! Now some of my regular used clothes are gone. I will never go back to this place again!
Love the washers. 80lb washers. Hate having to insert 9.00 dollars in quarters. Clean environment. Attendant is not helpful at all. And deaf as a door knob. Also bring correct change. They will not change a 20 dollar bill. They have change machines. Seems to work with 20s only. Pictures included
My wife and I were first-time visitors to the Biloxie area and found this laundromat on the internet. Lucky Wash was the facility we chose and we were pleasantly pleased with our choice. Not only was the facility clean, Rose, the attendent was a jewel. She was friendly, helpful and kept the place spotless. Her bright smile was a pleasant treat.
My first time there as wel as using large capacity equipment. It was clean no wait. The women on duty was kind and very helpful. There was not really anywhere to sit inside..it was worth the experience. The equipment was new and well maintained.
You can watch TV at home it's laundry time. I think I paid 4 dollars per wash and a dollar for dry. I been traveling the US for 1.5 years now. This is a nice clean and cheap laundromat. Some states charge close to 10 for some washers. And 5 for dry. The machines don't smell like mildew either. They are clean. The heat on the dyers are also high enough to dry cloths quickly instead of keep putting quarters. Not sure why everyone picking on the lady, I even left her a gift because she was so nice. Minimum wage is 7.25 an hour here. She does enough for her wages. She does too much if you ask me. I think I went when the nice lady was working...lol
It was very clean quiet and organized. I don't like the fact that you can't use the vending machines without asking an attendant. And the attendant had the TV on so loudly that you couldn't hear anything else over it
Everytime I have come in, the same employee, I'm not sure if she is the owner, is always working hard to keep the place clean. She also handles my clothes with care when I do a drop-off, which I really appreciate! UPDATE *** enter at your own risk because the other employee that works there is RUDE. I came to do a drop off, as I do every week, and she just clearly did not want to deal with me. There was nothing specific that happened but her whole demeanor made me want to never come back again. Very snippy with no customer service skills. News flash lady, I am not here to terrorize you, I just want to do a laundry drop off.
Laziest attendant I’ve ever seen. We are on vacation and wanted to utilize the wash & fold service. Just one load. I asked her when I could get her attention from her iPad how long it would take for the service. She said they should be ready by 4:00. It was 11:00. Not a soul in here and not one machine running. So I washed my own clothes and they are almost done drying - all in an hour and she hasn’t moved from her seat and iPad. The rubbers of the washers also look like they’ve never been cleaned!
