Truly a lovely respite place. Being able to watch the ducks and geese through the seasons and raise their offspring is a joy. The Park is kept clean, though it does take help from the public. The lilypads return every summer and grow as big as platters. Frogs, turtles, fish all in the pond. And it's often graced with the presence of a blue heron. One of my faves for a quiet breakfast spot to start the day.  Restrooms: Basic. Paper provided, no soap at sinks.  Dog-friendliness: I&#39;ve seen dogs on and off leash. Usually well-behaved. Fun to watch the ducks and geese avoid them by hitting the water all at once.  Picnic area: Lots of spots for picnics, however, expect the geese to stop by and demand nibbles.

Huge, beautiful park. Lots to look at. The cottonwood trees are breathtaking. Lots of wildlife. Looks like a great place to have children's birthday parties etc. We don't have young children so it was my husband & I. Make sure you seek out the old suspension bridge and take a stroll down to the falls, the walk isn't too bad and it's well worth it.  Playground: Several different playgrounds. Lots of different equipment to play on.  Restrooms: Restrooms were pretty terrible, but they do exist lol They have no doors!  Dog-friendliness: Lots of people had dogs, they looked happy to be there. There were doggy stations with bags throughout, to help clean up after your pet. Unfortunately a lot of people failed to  use them‍  Picnic area: Lots of picnic tables and rest benches throughout the park. Take a picnic, you&#39;re sure to have a great time.

Very nice park too enjoy a beautiful day. There are lots of party areas for the kids and great trails to get some steps. From the rope bridge over the creek to the artsy structures along the trails. There is something here for everyone!

I love Lucy Park and all the different things they offer. But this review is specifically for their pool. The swimming lessons they offer are phenomenal. Shout out to Ariel!! These same instructors are also lifeguards during the open swim and they are all SOOOO friendly to the kids. I seriously love coming here.

We just celebrated our Big Brother Big Sister Back to school bash under the large pavilion and it was great. Strangers don't bother us and their isn't a whole lot of traffic driving by. Safe environment. I used to walk the trails in the late evenings and always felt safe. I absolutely love walking to the waterfall.  Playground: Different playgrounds to choose from.  Restrooms: Rsetrooms could be cleaner  Dog-friendliness: Dogs welcome on a leash.  Picnic area: Plenty of picnic areas to choose from. In the sun, in the shade or even in the trees.

Beautiful park to stop and take a break from amarillo to dallas after looking at waterfall on a short walk when entering park this pond is on the other side as your leaving

Loved IT!! Nice way to stretch your legs and enjoy the view!! Would do over and over again!! Super Surprised that this wad in the middle of the town!! Yes all the way!!

My BFF and I took a nice walk around the park. The pond was full of ducks and geese. Next time we go, we are bringing some stale bread for the water foul. The park had a nice playground for the kiddos and even some swings for the adult kids in us. We had a wonderful time.

Great place for a run or hike, tons of trails and lots of shade for summer runs. Multiple playgrounds and activities for kids, bathrooms can get a little questionable at times. Spaced water fountains throughout the playgrounds and near pavilions, but none of the trails, so prepare accordingly. They even have a disc golf course!  Playground: Multiple playgrounds with different activities for different ages, sound garden is great for a tactile activity for younger kids.  Picnic area: Multiple pavilions with access to restrooms and drinking fountains, lots of space near playgrounds and multiple benches spaced along trails further away from playgrounds for those not wanting to be so close.

Cute little getaway from the city, basic park with a river flowing through and of course the man-made falls down the trails.  Restrooms: Restrooms leave a lot to be desired, open toiletno stall little to no ventilation.
