Ms. Kathy has done all the alterations for my daughter dresses and she has made bows for her shoes for both of her proms. Kathy is just amazing and so wonderful at her job. I can not say enough about this lady not only does she do the best job she also makes you feel like family.
We took my daughter’s prom dress to be altered on March 5th and were promised the dress back on April 20th. Meanwhile, my daughter took her friend to Kathy to have her dress altered as well. After not hearing from Kathy, we called and The dress was then promised by April 30th. My daughter went on the 30th and the dress was STILL not ready when she went to pick it up, but her friends dress, that was taken to her in April, was ready for pick up. Kathy told my daughter her dress would be ready by 3:40 that afternoon, so she waited missing a whole day of school. 3:40 the dress was still not ready. She told her to come back the next day. May 1st we were able to pick the dress up. Today she is getting her dress out for prom pictures and realizes the whole front bottom of the dress was still pinned and not sewn. It is now 1:05 with prom pictures scheduled for 2:00 and she has just finished the dress!! She provided NO apologies, but did give a $10 discount. This has been a most ridiculous, and unprofessional experience. We certainly will not return. From my understanding, Ms. Lucy did a fabulous job on many people’s clothing. It is a shame for her hard working name to be associated with such unprofessional ethics.
The mother And daughter duo! what a professional team! I simply walked in and requested to have my body measurements done and I would pay for whatever that cost.. I was quickly advised we don't charge for that service! I got my body measurements & within doing all of this we talked About various things...These ladies are absolutely phenomenal and definitely professional.
I love ms.cathy!! She made my wedding dress fit to a T. She has alot of clients so book ahead :
I called and tried to pay her to sew some samples together and she hung up on me. I called back thinking it was maybe a mistake and she said no she did it on purpose. Rude and unprofessional
Did a wonderful job on my daughter's prom dress!
Great people, always a good job, always get my alterations on time
They did a fantastic job on my jacket.
