Lugten & Morin, LLP was formed in September, 2005 by Paul J. Lugten, Esq. and John A. Morin, Esq. Having both been employed with a large real estate law firm in Boston, attorney’s Lugten and Morin set out to develop a law firm that gave their clients more personal attention to their needs. Based in Norwood, MA, Lugten and Morin, LLP offers a full spectrum of real estate transactional advice including Buyer and Seller representation, lender representation, Purchase and Sale Agreement preparation and review, title examinations, condominium development and loan workouts. Our office also offers Estate Planning and Civil Litigation services as well.

Paul J. Lugten is a partner with the law firm of Lugten & Morin, LLP. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 1, 1960, Mr. Lugten was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1995 and the New York Bar in 1998. Mr. Lugten received his education at the University of Lancaster (B.A., 1982; M.B.A., 1985) and Suffolk University School of Law (J.D., 1995). He is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Real Estate Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in residential real estate, including buyer and seller representation and Estate Planning. Paul can be reached via e-mail at [email protected].
John A. Morin is a partner with the law firm of Lugten & Morin, LLP. Born in North Adams, Massachusetts on August 1, 1962, Mr. Morin was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1990, the United States Federal District Court, 1st Circuit in 1991 and the Bar of the District of Columbia in 2006. He received his education at the University of Southern Maine (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, 1984) and Franklin Pierce Law Center (J.D., 1989) He is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association. Mr. Morin is also a Commissioner of Deeds in the State of New Hampshire. His practice is concentrated in residential real estate, including buyer and seller representation, and title examination and review.
