I keep giving them numerous chance, but today was THE LAST TIME!! Today, I ordered chicken Alfredo and there was absolutely no Alfredo sauce just grease cheese and noodles. I called and asked why was I missing Alfredo sauce she said that’s just how they make it. She offered two dollars off my next order. That wouldn’t do me any good because I will never order from there again. After three phone calls, and two hangups, I received a refund. Update: hours later: my son just threw up the greasy food.
Good standard pizza spot, we order take out here pretty frequently. Sandwiches and wings are good too. Tip: Pay with cash to avoid credit card fee. Order online select pay at pickup and earn rewards!
Tried pizza from many places in Philly but this place has one of the best plain cheese pie. Very close to NYC pizza. I always ordered the 18" plain cheese pie. Great customer service too. People told me their other foods are awesome as well.Food: 5/5
Food is always solid. Not "the best" of anything but my go to spot for something decent. Plus they offer a healthcare workers discount, which as a healthcare worker, is very much appreciated. Top notchFood: 4/5
Great pizza! I love the Brooklyn style. I don’t really care for the side orders much. They either are soggy or burnt. Staff is wonderful though! And they deliver themselves. This is one of my go to places
Yummy food. Friendly service. Got a gift card there and the girl was very nice and personable. Also ordered food on another occasion. Pizza is good. Ravioli is good. Will go again.Food: 5/5
beware Pleaee don’t go here , food was terrible my pizza was burnt items were forgotten. My cucumbers were soggy like they were sitting in water. I called to let them know and the host was extra rude . And hung up the phone on me . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY .
Whoever you have answering the phones is answering the phones with a phony high-pitched voice - but I decided to overlook it - but was asked stupid questions on purpose 'You want the 16 inch tuna salad and the small upside down pie?" - the exact opposite of what I said. Then, he he finally sighs, goes back to his real voice, and says "you know what - I can't do this voice anymore it is just too exhausting...." Seriously, so rude and disrespectful! This is who have you taking orders? I'll be calling elsewhere from now on to a place with mature folks on the phone. Good luck - you're going to need it with that level of customer service.
We have ordered from here for years. Lately the service and quality has been lacking. More and more often our orders are wrong or incomplete. When we have called to ask them to fix the issue they only want to offer a credit but never take responsibility for their mistake. I’m highly disappointed with the way this establishment has declined from the days when Lou cared about customers and quality.
Our favorite pizza spot. I like that they do their own delivery instead of doordash or whatever. Service has been excellent for both pickup and delivery. The pizza is absolutely sublime. Perfect combination of cheese, sauce, and oven time. Steak sandwiches are real good and the fries are hot n crispy. Mozzarella sticks are the good ones. Highly recommend
