Been meaning to go there for a while, they have a great deal on breakfast for $7.99 and it did not disappoint!! I had the sausage with over easy eggs, rye toast, hashbrowns and coffee. Everything was much better than I thought it would be. They brought a water right away along with coffee, our meals showed up soon after. Good service overall and I do recommend as I'm sure to return for another breakfast!!

We had Luigi's cater our Family Reunion on August 26, 2023. From the first email to tonight's delivery, everything was professional and zero stress. As a matter of fact, I sent 3 emails to 2 other caterers and to this day, have NEVER heard back. Guess they don't need the business?The day I was to call with final numbers, they called me before I even had a chance to call them. The food was delivered on time, piping hot, and the gentleman delivering was polite, professional and quick to unload everything. Everything was delicious and we even had a bit left for our family picnic on Sunday. If you need a reliable and reasonably priced caterer, Luigi's is the place to call!
Comfort food at its finest! We had the smorgasborg. Everything was delicious. Staff that set up were very cordial. The best cabbage rolls and meatballs. Hands down. Generous portions. Absolutely made our evening.
If you're looking for great breakfast place. Amazing value, and actually getting full breakfast. For 8$ Chk it out
One of the worst owner the blond lady doesn't behave well at all, horrible breakfast they serv is burned and horrible.. Please don't go and if you do there behaviors is horrible, no customers at all she still doesn't pay attention or nothing horrible lady.
UPDATED review! I go here all the time for a great priced breakfast special. The gentlemen in the kitchen are always super friendly and even if I walk in past lunch hourjust after 1 pm when they close at 2 they never give me a sour face or an unhappy comment because I'm wanting to enjoy something to eat at this time I wish I could say the same for the lady behind the counter. I really enjoy the food here, that is what brings me back. I work evenings so I wake up late and love breakfast and I'm always super quick in and out. I also work in a restaurant and understand when someone walks in before closing it is frustrating. But I never walk in Half an hour until close or later. It's always a decent amount of time left. I also never make a customer feel like they're doing something wrong by wanting a bite to eat at my business. If anything, you would be thankful they're coming in to your business. That's how I feel atleast? I used to tip quite a bit here but now I lowered it due to those reactions I felt, I also come in earlier, but if someone is more kind to me and inviting then I will tip more. The lady taking our order was super rude, first and last time coming. The food was alright, it’s what you would expect at a small restaurant in an industrial area in Winnipeg. If the lady didn’t have such an attitude and ego, I would probably be a regular customer. No wonder why you never see the high school students from Tec Voc here at lunch.
Was served the worst example of sunny side up eggs ever. Burnt bottom, raw, slimy egg whites on top and when I politely asked to have them remade, the waitress owner? snatched my plate from me and stomped off swearing under her breath. This wasn’t an isolated incident, I’ve been there about a half dozen times and the poor food and attitude have been pretty consistent. This was the last straw, never going back! *Poorly prepared food *Rude service *Never going back
As their hours are 07:00 AM to 02:00 PM this is a breakfast and lunch only restaurant. If you miss the old days of the cafeteria style Salisbury House's than you'll feel right at home with Luigi's. You order at the front, pay, and pour your own coffee or water. The food is brought to your table. Although some people might not like the serve yourself coffee I loved it, you don't have to wait when your cup is empty and the coffee is great. The waitress does go around to the tables with a pot when there's time which is also nice. I loved the breakfast potatoes although I did not care for the overpowering taste of the home made sausages or the flavourless eggs. The menu looks great though and I'll be back again.
