Came to Lucas Chiropractic years ago after being frustrated with with limited results from other chiropractors. I Had just been in a car wreck and was suffering from whiplash. My sciatic nerve crippled up my right leg for days. My wife brought me to Lucas chiropractic and I had many previous injuries that needed to be addressed. I was told at the time that all my old injuries would resurface in reverse order back to my very first major injury Sure enough that was accurate, the first major injury I had in my life was between my shoulder blades. Years earlier I had been swinging a sledgehammer until my back was out of alignment. I had great relief from all of my back injuries after completing the year-long program I was on at Lucas chiropractic. I have been healthy for years following Fast forward to July 2022. I had a full impact motorcycle injury and broke six ribs, punctured my lung, and fractured a neck vertebrae as well as my scapula. I spent five days in the hospital. Of course as soon as I got out I came directly to Lucas chiropractic. Again my improvement is continuing and my energy is returning. I highly recommend Lukas chiropractic For the professionalism as well as the realistic results that my body is responding to.
I came today to have a massage and I feel brand new. I wonder how many people in their sixties could say the same. Roberta Dorsey is an excellent massage therapist and I've already booked my next appointment. The atmosphere here is peaceful, clean, professional and yet friendly. The staff go out of their way to accommodate me. I wish there were ten stars to say thank you
Instant headache relief. Doc did a great job with the adjustment. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking to better their health and life as a whole.
At the end of March of this year, a friend invited me to attend a dinner health talk for Lukas. I agreed to attend with her, but in my mind I was going to support a friend and had no intention of becoming a patient with them. As I listen to Dr. Wolfertz speak, he told how if your neck isn't in proper alignment that it can press on the nerves and affect various body regions and ultimately your health. I have suffered for years with an array of health issues and struggles, longest lasting of which is neck pain and discomfort. I have gone to many different doctors and felt like a number. Most previous doctors wouldn't take the time to really listen to me, or delve deeper into the problem, they always would treat symptoms and I would see no real positive changes...just progressively getting worse. I was at the point that I accepted that as the new norm for me. When listening to Dr. Wolfertz speak, it really hit home for me as the earliest struggle I can remember was the neck pain. As I inquired more about the treatment process the staff was really friendly and passionate about their work, during my initial visit they took time to listen and get a thorough and detailed medical history and they took x-rays! No one else had ever taken x-rays and when asked if they would they would say there was no point it probably wouldn't show anything...it was always very confusing to me why they wouldn't want to actually see what was going on and how they could truly get an idea without doing imagining, but they were the experts so I went a long with it. After my initial consultation with Lukas, seeking the x-rays and receiving an explanation that made sense for what I have experienced, I decided to start treatment with them. I am still at the early stages, but I love the staff, their friendliness and compassion radiates to all who walk through their doors. I appreciate their approach in stepping back and revisiting x-rays and such to find the best options to move forward when things don't go as initially hoped/planned. I look forward to finishing my treatments with them and seeing results!!
discovered this practice via word of mouth over a decade ago. a history of multiple car accidents and cervical issues dating back to a slip/trip fall down a flight of stairs in early childhood was my personal damage report. ten years later, I continue to patron this practice not only because of the relief from discomfort I've been provided, but out of trust and genuine belief they care. our bodies are intended for motion. if you cannot comfortably move, this is a drastic problem; limits you. those limitations often have an unsavory effect on your personality. I know I'm a much happier person when I'm not moving through constant pain.
Yes I highly recommend Lukas HC . I have heard about upper cervical adjustments. I also wanted a place that would talk to me about my specific issues. This is The Place! After my first adjustment, I could breath deeply. Prior, I had issues with taking a deep breath without construction. I also have numbness in my leg that causes unsteadiness when standing up. That has been greatly helped. Thank you Lukas Health Centers for all you have done.
This is the absolute best place. The first thing you always notice is the staff. With every single guest that walks in, the front desk always knows every single person by name. They are so personable, kind, and they always show that they truly care. And your visits allow you to relax when you need to and the consultations are always truthful and straightfoward. Results from visits are more than amazing!
I’ve been seeing Lukas Chiropractic roughly since I was about 14. The staff is very kind and sincere! Tons of experience and understanding of upper cervical chiropractic treatment, and helped my mother, father, and myself get on the right track. They come highly recommended!
This should be everyone’s first stop when dealing with chronic pain, chronic issues. The amount of symptoms that can be relieved through the work done here is remarkable. Great staff, and great results. My back has made more progress here with gaining strength and function than any physical therapy place i have been too
My sister started coming here 6 months ago and she always said good things about this place. Well a couple of months ago I hurt my neck and I couldn't move it and it had happened before so I decided to make an appointment. Come to find out looking at my x-ray I have straight neck. Makes sense because I've been working aircraft for 15 years with my head down most of the time. The staff and the dr are so kind and caring and they really spend time with you educating you and explaining things really well. I'm happy with my results so far and I couldn't have asked for a better place for my treatment.
