Awesome seafood in a fun atmosphere. We had sushi appetizer, drinks & entrees. It was a little pricey but worth every penny. The food was excellent and the service was great. We will definitely be back.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
I went to Luke Wholeys for my birthday dinner this year. The food and service was excellent. The fish was super fresh and very pretty plated. They also have the garage door that opens to let fresh air in. I would definitely try this must coveted restaurant on the strip.
This place was really good. We ordered the peel n shell shrimp and the oysters when we went. The oysters were served in a nice brine and came with the typical oyster accoutrements. The shrimp was ok, and is the main reason why I went 4 stars. They were way dirty. They were really large and meaty once we cleaned them. Then we got the lobster roll and the fish sandwich both with french fries. The sandwich was great and the lobster roll was AMAZING. I would definitely go back and get that lobster roll and an app of oysters any day of the week.
It was our first time eating here, the food was good, loved the appetizers & we sat outside. We went for our 6th anniversary & as we ate, we had so many people stop and ask what it was we ordered. Nice experience
We arrived very early for our reservation but they were not too busy so we got seated quickly. Place is very clean and staff was very attentive. Our drinks were delicious and the bloody mary was great. Our main dishes were very good, we had the snow crab legs, broiled cod and warm lobster roll, starters peel and eat shrimp, lobster bisque, and edamame were delicious, but the sides were not as good, with the exception of the seaweed salad it was great. Would definitely go back to eat as the seafood was very good. The vide is vibrant and lively with colorful murals on the wall with a great décor.
We ordered several things, and every one of them was absolutely delicious! We are definitely coming back here the next time we're in Pittsburgh, and highly recommend this place to anyone in the city!
I took a group here for dinner. We kept ordering cocktails, appetizers, and sushi rolls to share. We never made it to the main course but all went away full. You have to try their Bloody Mary picture in this post. It was a meal in itself. Diffently worth going to.Food: 5/5
I really have been wanting to try this place and finally had the opportunity. The restaurant was cool, the service was great, décor was awesome. I dug it. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but I just couldn't do it because of the price/value and believe me i blow money with the best of them. My wife and I dropped $125 Either of us had lobster, steak or crab legs. We did have 2 drinks a piece. The food was good don't get me wrong... its hard for me to justify $150 including tip for a cod dinner, crab cakes and 4 drinks.
The hot lobster roll was stuffed with lobster but it’s wasn’t close to being hot. The mozzarella wedges were warm and clearly did not come out the grease to the table. The hand cut fries were good but mine appeared to be the scrapes. I’m in no rush to return.
I ordered spicy tuna roll and the crab cake sandwich hold the bun, it was so tasty!! I love the fact that I did not have to go to more than one restaurant and I was so pleased with the experience! Crab cake was moist and flaky all at the same time! Best lunch I’ve had in quite some time!
