The store and the staff is awesome. I was able to get an everywhere belt bag shipped from the store in time for my granddaughter 12th birthday. I live in Minnesota and my granddaughter lives in Wisconsin and she wanted an everywhere bag. I had called all the stores in Minneapolis and Wisconsin looking for the bag then I started calling other stores in other they were either out of the bags or didn't noone answer the phone but when I got the Flagstaff Arizona store the staff member was so very nice and awesome on the phone she was able to get me a bag shipped to my granddaughter just in time for her birthday. So I want to thank the staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH..

Everyone has been so incredibly helpful! Gabby and Justin were both super knowledgeable about the gear and any technical questions I had. Both were so attentive in helping my friend and I find the right size/color and also introducing new styles. We both walked away blown away by the genorosity, and how well we were taken care of. Everyone at Lulu has been great at all the different stores, but Flagstaff definitely went above and beyond. Maybe I'm a little biased, but I think Flag also has some of the friendliest educators as well! You guys are rockin' it Flagstaff! Thank you for all you do and for being here in the community and all the amazing ways you all and Lulu are giving back.
Amazing customer service for myself and my brother, we were timid at first about selection and styles for men but we were immediately helped by their staff and we found exactly what we were looking for. This is definitely the most friendly group of staff and the best service that is balanced very well with COVID restrictions. The shop was very clean and all the staff were wearing masks and gloves. I’d highly recommend going to this store.
I'm beyond impressed with Flagstaff's Lululemon team & quality of product! Masks are required at this time much appreciated and fitting rooms are cleaned between each guest. The store is well organized and VERY clean. All 3 staff members were truly exceptional; their product knowledge is excellent! They were extremely kind and full of energy. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to helping me find my perfect fit & style. Thank you for making me feel like a rockstar, you completely made my day. I'll be returning soon!
Rusty was hands down the nicest, most helpful person I've worked with at Lululemon!! I worked with him over the phone and could just tell he cares about each and every customer. The world needs more people like him to spread positivity and light. I would highly recommend this location and to specifically ask for Rusty when you shop here : Rusty- thank you for making a positive impact in my life and the lives of many others!

Tried to exchange a pair of leggings that were see through. Employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I spend $100 on these products because of their quality guarantee, but this location is the least helpful. I recommend the Scottsdale Quarter location in Phoenix.
most perfect people to greet and talk to you throughout your experience. gave amazing advice and made me feel so good about myself. even slipped me a extra lulu bag! i’m so obsessed with the energy in this location. definitely coming back soon!!
The staff was absolutely amazing!! They have killer customer service and attended to my every need! I had a return and it was super easy and they helped me get into the right gear! Would highly recommend!!
