What a beautiful store. Really helpful staff in finding anything you need. I had to do a return and exchange and it went very smoothly. The changing room staff was also very helpful in making sure you try what you wanted. I loved the vibe of the store and helpfulness if the staff. The checkout line moves quickly and is seamless. I will return since this brand really gets it.
What an upgrade the new lululemon is! Spacious, clean and beyond beautiful. Great variety. They even have new sneakers! Service is awesome by Jay! He is Friendly funny and always helps me find the perfect gifts for my trainer.
It’s not the quality of the stuff they sell, it’s the amazing people they have working at the Aventura store. I want to give Rain a shout out for great customer service and finding a way to help with my concern when I walked in the store the weekend before Mothers Day. She genuinely cared about my situation and found a solution and a way to make it work. Thank you Rain!!!
I bought a gift for my husband for father’s day that came recommended. My shopping experience that day was great. Today, my husband went to exchange the shirt for another size and the sales person was absolutely unprofessional, rude and nasty for zero reason. He treated my husband so rudely. Basically barked at him to take everything out of the bag and I guess assumed he didn’t have a receipt which we did. My husband asked if there were other sizes and the sales rep said for him to go and get it. Hello!!! If you are the sales person it is your job to provide the customer experience. Clearly, this is not the place for you. I would not recommend shopping at the Merrick Park location. Save yourself the time and shop online.
Bought a pair of pants for my son about 6 months ago and they got a strange discoloration. I mentioned to one of the girls at the store and told me to bring in the pants to see what they could do. Came back to the store today with the pants and saw a an older guy with gingerly hair and glasses that works there, he immediately said the stain occurred at home and it was the way I took care of the pants. It’s definitely a quality in the discoloration of the material of the product, then he said he had the same pants and nothing has happened to them. My daughter bought some leggings and he checked her out at the counter and was sarcastically telling her how to wash the leggings then stuffed the receipt in the bag! Terrible customer service, definitely won’t be back to this store!!!!!
Friendly employees. The store was well organized and clean. Signage was clear. They have a great selection of merchandise.

The worst customer service ever! Whenever I enter I always see one person working behind the counter and three or four staff members by the fitting rooms talking. They think their clothes sell themselves so when you ask him a question they just point to it and ask if you saw it when you entered. I've called 3 times and in one of them they just picked up the phone and they left it unanswered. This is why I always order and return online. The only good person that works here is Maria not sure if she's still there. Absolutely awful. The WORST.
While the attempt to do something for the local community is no doubt laudable, having 100 pushy millennials with no sense of personal space show up for run club and wait INSIDE THE STORE, blocking the entrance and creating an awful lot of noise in a tight space isn't very conducive to doing a spot of shopping. Managed to fight through the throngs and get what I needed, but strongly advise avoiding on the first Wednesday of the month when run club gets priority over real customers. #maybewaitoutside
