Writing this review for I inlaws. My inlaws had this floor layer down just over a year and it has already started to lift creating a trip hazzard in a busy kitchen. My inlaws and brother in law have called several times with no response. Floor appears poorly installed would recommend literally anybody but this company to install your flooring
Pathetic customer service. Completely incompetent employees and nothing from higher ups to alleviate issues or prevent future ones. have had 2 separate dealings with this company. First one I needed pre finished 10.5" stair treads for a client was told they don't make them in the color I needed. Ordered the 11.5" which took 3 weeks longer to come in then I was told. Upon receiving, 3 of the treads were 10.5". Talked to the store to get 3 replacements and as to why I couldn't get that size to begin with. Got no answers. Second time ordered a floor that I was told had matching stair treads. Then was told they don't make stair treads in that color so had to get a different color for the stairs. Gave the address of the job for delivery and was told 2 weeks for the flooring and 4 weeks for the treads and they would reach out when they received the flooring. After 3 weeks I called asking why I didn't receive the flooring and was told they have it at the store and I could pick it up. After some choice words set up deliveryagain for the next day for my installer to come that day to finish. Later that day heard from the store that they were short one box of what I ordered and 7 boxes worth were damaged. Was told " we should have checked them last week when they arrived.". Now I have an angry client with an unfinished floor having to wait 2 more weeks to move in. I am a GC who builds many houses a year, buying tens of thousands of sqft of flooring from various companies and I have never had this many issues with a company in all the years I have been doing this. I will not allow my customers to pick material through LL Flooring anymore citing these issues.
My wife and I had been looking to replace our old and worn out hardwood floors. We went to the Lumber Liquidators in Warwick, RI and met with Rodney. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions on how to pick out the right product for our home needs. From start to finish of our floors he checked in on the progress and even let us return any unused and unopened materials.
Why would you go anywhere else when you can find a few floors on Lumber Liquidators site, make ONE CALL to Jay Rain testa and Pick up your entire new floor the next day! I called and gave the info on the two I liked, Jay made a suggestion on which would be good for what I was doing since they were so similar and it was done. Highly Recommend giving Jay a call if you're in-between choices given its their specialty.

Great selections of different flooring. The staff is very knowledgeable on the different options available. From installation to design it was a great experience.
My husband and I are shopping for hardwood floors for 3 bedrooms, we browsed the store to get ideas and the LL Rep answered our questions and gave us timeliness for the products we inquired about.
Purchased over 500 Sq. Ft. of Bella Wood solid wood pre-finished hardwood flooring from Rodney in the Warwick store. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and provided suggestions for the flooring options. Great product for the price, great service easy to work with! Would definitely recommend!
When I first pulled in the place was empty but I didn't want that to cloud my judgment but when I went in and spent 10 mins inside then I realized why!! First the prices are double from other flooring stores we visited and then the help didn't care if we were there to buy everything in the place..NEVER AGAIN
