Luna has been making my cakes and desserts for over 8 years. We love what she does to bring to life our party vision. I highly recommend Luna's cakes for all your theme and non theme cakes.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Lunas bakery. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews, Luna is amazing to work with and never disappoints ! I used lunas bakery for my Law school graduation and my sons first birthday. Everyone on her team was so nice and worked with us to make sure we were happy. Very professional and quick to respond to my inquiry. After doing the cake tasting I decided to use their services. The cake was simply amazing! I am so happy that I decided to book with Luna’s Cakes. A few of my guests even wanted to know where I ordered my cake from. The cake design and taste were impeccable. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to book your next event with them!

Luna's cakes was so helpful with choosing cake sheets for a wedding. I didn't know what I was doing when I walked in and I felt like a cake expert by the time I placed the order. They even helped me find a cake elsewhere that they couldn't supply with my schedule! I can't wait to see them again!

While their treats are good, customer service is tremendously lacking. I wasn’t going to write a review because I wanted to give them an opportunity to make it right, however, they did not. Never work with a business that takes no accountability when they mess up and inconveniences you. Not only do they not provide pictures of completed custom orders before delivery I was told “you will see it when it is delivered”, but what I was fearful of happening, happened. My cake arrived and had the wrong design on it. They said it was their error but offered nothing back in return. After letting them know that was unsatisfactory, they offered 10% off the next order. I place the next order, pay another deposit, and when I come to pick up the order, they said it wasn’t ready because they didn’t receive the deposit until after we got off the phone. I had to wait additional time for them to make the order with no apology or further discount. Victoria told me to have a blessed day before I left, but I’m certain she was being sarcastic. Save yourself the trouble, don’t go with them. *EDIT* From the looks of the other reviews, I expect nothing less of a smart response and how it was my fault. Buyer, beware. Hopefully nothing was done out of malice to my order due to our disagreement.

Best cakes in town. Very professional staff. Owner of the company is always very helpful and understanding. They are willing to work with you in the areas of price and designing your cake/cake pops and cupcake. I work for a non-profile and on three different occasions the staff have volunteers their time and conducted cake decorating classes with the young ladies group at our center. Not only does Luna make the best cakes in California she gives back to the community……

ordered a cake from this bakery for my wedding this past weekend, the cake was beautiful on the outside, but not so good on the inside. I enjoyed the samples beforehand, but when the actual cake itself that was presented, it was a WHOLE different story. Unfortunately, the cake was dry. The cake was over baked this time around and nothing like the cake samples. Not just me, but the groom and the wedding guests did not want to eat it. I came back home with pretty much a whole cake. I called the owner today and she would not honor her work or her word. She stated as I "accepted" the cake samples then it was nothing to be done. I offered to bring the cake to her so she can cut into it or try it whatever she prefers so she can understand what I was saying but she denied it and stated "that it would be a waste of time" I offered a solution to have her just bake another cake, but she even denied that. This is not an honorable baker. Potential customers beware.

I had no problem with Luna's cakes! She gets back to you really fast, and dose commit to her orders. Every order has been perfect, my family and friends have also been so satisfied. Best cakes ever , so amazingly made and one of a kind. 100% recommend
