Gary is super professional. He helped me separate companies with complex contracts. He worked the details very fast, was very knowledgeable, and professional. More important- he was there when we needed him. I reached out to him from a friend referral word of mouth, and although he was extremely busy with other clients, he found time to receive my case. Post- COVID days, it’s tough to find people that are as good at their job and caring for their customers. I would highly recommend him without hesitations. Great job on getting my closings done right! We did 3 closings with Gary and every time it went great. Gary always had my best interest in mind while doing paperwork. I understand we were on the buy side of his client the seller. I am the realtor for the buyer and our attorney got Covid at the last minute it was a remote closing for him. We had a late closing on a Friday at 3 pm and there was a mistake made on a check, when it was reissued it had to be wired and go through the fed. Gary let us know at 3:45 that his office closes at 4:30 and we would be out and so would he at 4:30. He would not go the extra mile to make sure the deal got done. My client was newly widowed and has a disabled son with muscular dystrophy and needs a special toilet. He can’t just stay in a hotel. Gary had no empathy for my client he only cared about getting out the door. I would never refer anyone to this person and beware if you have a 3:00 closing he won’t stay to get the job done. Not a team player. I have been a realtor for 22 years and have never been treated so poorly by another human being. His title fees are sky high also be careful what you sign up for.

Gary is very knowledgeable about closings. We had some problems with our buyer for two weeks but Gary got it done. Hopefully I never need him again. But if I do it's good that he's in my contacts.

Our short sale realtor recommended Gary but, we were very disappointed. Not with Gary but, by his office girls who did most of the work. They were not keeping up on communications and I don't think Mr. Lundeen even knew half the time what was even going on with our case.
