Stay away from this place. After not going over pricing, fees or anything. A phone call conversation that was about 30 minutes and an email turned into me getting a bill for $875. After thanking them for their services and offering to pay them some of the fee even though nothing was agreed upon,they threatened to take me to court for the money owed. Lawyer just uses scare tactics to get paid. Don't even call because you will be charged by the minute.

I was referred to Lundy Beldecos & Milby by a family member.  We worked with Eric Milby and team to resolve a significant real estate claim made on our property.  We worked with Eric and his associate Maria for many months.  We also interacted with the practice as a whole.  Everyone at Lundy Beldecos & Milby was extremely kind and always available to speak with us even before we hired them to represent us.  Eric took his time to meet with us and to understand our case from the early stages until the time we actually needed to hire someone.  He offered his time and gave us valuable insight for months prior to us officially hiring him.  Eric took the time to get to know us and our case to make certain we were in sync with each other to fight our strenuous legal battle.  I have gone through many legal battles throughout my life; from child custody issues to restraining order hearings etc.  I have never worked with an attorney and a firm that I could call randomly and my attorney picks up.  I could reach my attorney directly for a quick question or whatever whenever.  They always got back to me quickly and never left me hanging.  Eric and his team are also very caring.  They recognized the injustice that my family and I were experiencing and they took a personal interest and stand against this injustice not only to help us win but to do what is right, plain and simple.   We spoke with other attorneys and legal specialists and asked them about Eric.  What we found out is that Eric Milby is someone who is highly recommended and very well known.  His legal expertise and knowledge is astounding.  He was thorough and well prepared for our hearing.  I really like how he reached out us to discuss what would be the best proper “strategy” for our case.  In my opinion, strategy and credibility is everything - these are qualities Eric Milby and his firm have.  I consider myself someone that could successfully represent myself but after working with Eric, I know I could never have done what he did for us.  His knowledge base extends beyond going to law school and passing the bar.  He is a true professional and an expert in his field.  There is no question that anyone looking for quality legal representation, attention to detail, and all-around good people, should contact Lundy Beldecos & Milby and never look back.

I initially consulted with this lawyer and firm for a landlord tenant issue. I signed an agreement and paid the retainer. I was told that day this lawyer would message opposing counsel and get started right away. Well that was over two weeks ago and i get an email stating “We have been advised this morning that we have a conflict in this matter that did not show up during our initial conflict check. As such, our firm unfortunately won’t be able to represent you. ” This whole time i’m thinking this lawyer was working diligently for me to find out not one thing has been done. To top it all off... I then received an email from opposing counsels lawyer stating the first response this lawyer provided was that she never represented me. Now i have court shortly and i’m out the money and representation after trusting this firm.

Very questionable business ethics for a law firm. Zero transparency about pricing or services rendered. Would not recommend.

Make sure that if you are a family business that there are no conflict of interests

The value I received as a customer vs the amount I paid for genuinely makes me feel that I got scammed.

Well I called Oct 20th for information regarding landlord tenants issue, was told by the receptionist that she would have an attorney contact me. No call back ever!!! The responders of these reviews is very very defensive. I would be cautious using their services

Left a message for Jessica Gulash for possible representation, only to get no response. Glad to know that this is the type of law firm I would have wasted my time with. Thanks for nothing.
