I'm updating my review to reflect the service I received from Lupient after purchasing a vehicle with some hidden mechanical issues. While I am still somewhat irritated with the amount of work and time it took to correct said issues, Lupient did take care of these issues and did their best to earn my business again. First off my salesmen, Robert, was great. He went out of his way to help and did everything in his power to make these issues right. Guy deserves a raise for keeping me as calm as he did. Second, they fixed the issues and paid for the diagnostic at a shop I felt comfortable with at no cost to me. Chad, a manager, was very straight with me and did as he said he would. Now I will still say, I'm not pleased I was sold a vehicle with the mechanical defects that seemed to be known but hidden. Could be a fluke, or the act of one technician so my experience could be an anomaly. And my interaction with a manager, CJ, left alot to be desired. If your reading this CJ, do not ask a customer "if they like the vehicle otherwise" when their vehicle is broken. Unacceptable. Overall, I would come back but I would have to independently inspect any vehicle before purchase. And with that I'd only be coming back to give Rob my business.
LEMON CARS !!! I believe most reviews are based on buying experience . I’ll say they’re very good at what they do in selling you a lemon ! Paid too much money to find out that my car has a bad motor ! They claim there isn’t any lemon laws in MN for used cars which is BS . But I’m saying that I feel like they’re saying they’ll sell you a lemon because they can. I will be contacting an attorney .YOUVE BEEN WARNED !
Sarrocco Jackson bore the heat of 95 degree heat to show me many many cars. I'm indecisive but he was helpful knowledgeable and most importantly patient. He assured me he would find the right car for me at the right price and he followed through. If u are looking for a used car go and ask for Sarrocco.
JT salesman gave me a fair price for my trade in. I came knowing what I was looking for and left shortly after with a new use vehicle that will fit my needs for the next couple years. If they have what I'm looking for next time, I would return to this location for a vehicle.
Made an appointment to see on a car on Saturday. Monday morning I show up and they sold the car. A call would have been nice. An absolute waste of my time
You want to buy a car. Ask for Military Mike. Just bought my second car from him. Process was smooth and pleasant!!!
