I always have a good experience here. The staff tends to be very calm and helpful whenever you need them. Even with different people staffed it always makes me feel good just stepping into this store.

I am super!!! Disappointed I used to love shopping here till yesterday I was there shopping for something for my birthday with my friend and when we arrived my friend nicely greeted an employee by the name “Matt” and Matt did not respond and decided it was appropriate to racially profile us by following us through the store as we were trying to shop. I am disappointed on how this company can hire people who are still racially profiling customers for no reason at all that is disgusting behavior and very unprofessional!

Everybody here has always been super helpful and friendly! They really seem to love talking about skin care and how their products can help meet your individual skin needs. I have eczema, so my skin is SUPER finicky, but the people who I have asked for advice from have all been patient with the limitations of my skin and attentive to what I say I need. They've never steered me wrong yet!

First of all the store smells amazing! The staff has a good knowledge about the products and helpful in finding the correct product for your skin or hair type. Products are all natural and not as expensive as I imagined. Considering the small amount you need to use they are actually economical! I will be back!

I love this store! The sales clerks were kind enough to entertain my 4 year old while I made my purchase. Great products, never disappointed!!

Love love LOVE this company and all that it stands for! Love that its cruelty free and uses locally sourced ingredients. The employees in the Trumbull location have all been very polite and helpful and very professional.

My favorite place to buy shampoo, solid shampoo bars, conditioner, shower jellies, body conditioner, lotion, bath bombs, perfume and perfume strips to wash with, a new thing.. the list goes on it has the best of everything and mostly natural ingredients, I love love love it.

It's nice to go somewhere that the employees are excited to talk about the products that they have. Very friendly associates and very helpful!
