The office staff is very nice, respectful, clean they try to make you as comfortable as they can. I do however have a problem with Dr. Elizabeth Maddox. I've seen her twice an both times she was in a huge rush seems like she dont have time to answer my questions or doesn't care to. Shes not personable or compassionate I feel. My stress an nerves were high already, probably for most if not all the people having to go there. The staff is wonderful at making you feel calm an comfortable. I just feel the Dr that could have life changing information can be more compassionate an take the time to answer the questions for their patients in a kind comfortable way.

This was by far the worst experience in a medical facility that I have had. I wasn't thrilled with my experience last year, but decided to give them one more shot. In for an annual mammography and people were rude, lied and snickered at me. First, I received THREE phone calls stating that I should enter via door #3. Upon arrival, door #3 was closed and I had to go around to the main entrance. You would think there wasn't a global pandemic going on. They ask you to wear a mask and then they do nothing to prevent the spread, once you get inside. I had to wait standing up with a bad hip and foot from recent surgery in a very small waiting room that had multiple people in it. In between patients, no one cleaned anything. All of my doctors offices clean in between every patient every chair every surface. once they take you back you have to wait in another room that three people are in and are clearly not six feet apart. after changing in the changing rooms not one person wiped anything down in any of the rooms in between patients. The technician but not answer a question that I asked. Then lie to me. When I went to pick up my images the woman at the desk had no idea who I was even though the technician told me she would be waiting for me. No sanitizer on sight. No way to know if anything has been cleaned. then the woman behind the admission desk name Vicki snickered at me and talked under her breath on the phone about me. I knew she was talking about me when she recited my birthday date. Finally get my images again nothing wiped down. The dribbles of sanitizer that I could get out of the wall dispenser, we're barely enough to cover a finger much less a hand. Then Vicky got offended and told me that the pain was clean. Explains that I wasn't concerned about her I was concerned about the patients in the hospital. I saw two patients not wearing masks and once again nobody cleaning around or after them. I could go on and on but I think I've said enough

From the moment I entered the building, the whole staff–reception, nurses, and doctor–made me feel relaxed. They were all very informative and did everything they could to make an uncomfortable experience more comfortable. Thank you Tammy and Ellie for everything you did!

This office was very warm and inviting. I felt comfortable during my mammogram and ultrasound. Great staff! Would definitely recommend.
