Lutheran Care Center provides three levels of care to the elderly. In addition to providing services to the aged, LCC includes child care.
The mission of Lutheran Care Center is to provide quality services and facilities for people whose capabilities and needs vary widely. Lutheran Care Center strives to make the lives of people more independent, healthful, meaningful and secure through development of innovative programs delivered with Christian care are concern.
Lutheran Care Center, a not-for-profit, provides a wide range of living options including skilled nursing, senior living apartments & independent, maintenance-free homes. Our campus also includes LCC Kids, a high quality child care service for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years integrating intergenerational activities.
LCC is owned & supported by 21 Lutheran Churches with a Board of Directors. LCC has many volunteers whom we highly value, they give freely their time & talents to our organization. Our diverse volunteer program is made up of individuals, students, clubs & residents.
The campus of LCC is also the home of The Family Gathering Center & the LCC Chapel. The Family Gathering Center is a charming 2,240 sq. ft. facility designed for a family meeting place and also allows families, large or small; to spend quality time together in private. This facility is available to be used by all residents & their families along with our community to host events. The LCC Chapel hosts weekly services for the residents & visitors of LCC. The chapel is the setting for funeral services, christenings, weddings & other community religious-based events.
LCC also offers a variety of therapy services. Our licensed therapy team is dedicated to providing a comprehensive & extensive rehabilitation program to assist our patients to realize & reach their highest level of functioning. Our department offers both inpatient & outpatient therapy consisting of physical, occupational & speech.
Our highly trained, professional staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of each individual entrusted in our care whether it is for a short-term rehabilitation stay or making LCC home.
