We just came from the new outpatient facility to get my twins physicals. Janette was the receptionist and was very rude, she seemed to hate her job. I was really surprised being it is a new facility, that the staff would be so miserable, especially considering that it was very slow. Apparently we didn't have all the paperwork necessary. Janette seemed really "put out" and was not eager in the least to help us. Janette did not greet us, smile, and was snarky the entire time we were there. After I told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and that we would take our business elsewhere, she said, in a very sarcastic tone, "have a nice day". WOW.
They should remove their walk-in address in Wabash. It isn’t here anymore despite what website says!
