Found Lux Dental on Google! My daughter and I had the opportunity to be under the care of Dr. Jason. The entire experience was luxury. From the time we walked in the door everyone was pleasant and the office was very clean. Dr. Jason was detailed in explaining everything to ensure I understood what was happening! To find a gentle caring Dr and practice is amazing! Excited I choose them to care for my families dental needs!
I had a great experience here. I came for a second opinion and really appreciated the time and genuine care Dr. Jason took with me. So many dentists push you into treatment plans that either aren’t necessary or you don’t have the budget for yet. I appreciate him listening and coming up with a great approach to fixing a minor problem without trying to sell or push more on me. Also, the staff was so kind and caring. I had such a great experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you Lux Dental!
Clean environment, and everyone is very friendly and professional. I really appreciate how much patience the dentist has when I had many questions, and he explained everything to me to make sure I understood. The hygienist was also very nice and gentle when she did the deep clean. Everything was good and clean. Great atmosphere!
This is the best dental office I've ever been a patient at and I've been a patient at plenty of good ones! It's easy to see how much the entire staff truly cares for their patients. Here are some highlights for me: 1. I never feel rushed; they always take time to answer my questions clearly. 2. Their text messaging is amazing. Recently, I was able to describe my issue, request a prescription, AND have it filled all within an hour over text. 3. When I was concerned about a tiny lump in my mouth being more than a canker sore, they were able to squeeze me into an appointment the very next day. And like mentioned above, they still took time caring for me and answering my questions. I can't say enough amazing things about EVERYONE at Lux Dental. Thank you for your incredible care! Oh and it doesn't hurt that the office is always in pristine condition
Out of my handful of visits with Lux Dental Center, I have consistently recieved superb treatment. The environment is very welcoming and considerate of patient needs. Each staff member has been incredibly kind, helpful, and skilled in their craft. I would recommend Lux Dental Center to anyone in the Ashburn area looking for great dentistry.
I've had a number of dentists over the last decade and have never been 100% satisfied. Lux Dental is the first that I can wholeheartedly say is 5 out of 5. Dr. Jason is always attentive, punctual and his work has been great, and the front office staff is always courteous, professional and responsive. I can't recommend their care enough.
I've never had such a positive experience anywhere let alone at the dentist. Everyone is super friendly, gentle and incredibly communicative. Not only do they deliver an incredible experience and outstanding customer service, their internal communication is the best I have ever witnessed. I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Lux dental and would recommend them to anyone. I wish every experience was like this!
I've been going to Lux Dental Center for the last 3 years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the practice and people. Attention to detail is clearly a priority here. In particular, Tiffany the hygienist is fantastic. She educates her patients, is incredibly personal, and has a very kind demeanor. Dr. Jason is wonderful as well, he takes the time to inform you and discuss options. Overall, this place is fantastic. I highly recommend you visit them for your next dental experience. Hands down fantastic!
I would like to give 5 starts review to Dr. Jason. Dr. Jason is my primary dentist for couple of years now. He has been helping me with my dental problems. He is very professional and take time to answers my questions I am very detailed with out hesitation. I have many concerns when it comes to my teeth. There are many dentists in the area but I dont know who I can trust, but Dr jason. His office is also clean. The reservation system is up to date. His staffs are very nice. I love Lux dental. Best Kala
Extraordinary! Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Lynn was patient & gentle as she explained everything. Her expertise is impressive. I felt respected & cared for. Everyone was truly lovely!
