Disappointed. Expensive pedicure for a less than great job. I had gel nails done. Uneven painting. And only a week later and they are chipped. I was in a pinch and went there as it was close. Walked in and one of the nail girls was screaming at another staff member, complaining of a customer or something. I was ready to walk out if she was my tech. A very nice gentleman did my pedicure, but the job wasn’t decent. I always have gels on my toes and they last forever until I get another. To have them chipped one week later after so much money for it- I’ll never go again.Service: Pedicure

I discovered this hidden gem and it is lux nail salon in Sanford , Fl is now my go-to salon. The salon is always clean and the technicians are friendly. Their gel nails last for a month and the pedi is highly recommended.Rebecca’s work is beyond amazing , she takes her time to make sure her attention to detail is amazing . From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged and treated very well. I found this place on a whim and I live 30 minutes away. My tech Lisa was simply the best. The owner Kim was personable and the other staffers were awesome as well. This place is changing the game just you watch. Thank you for everything. I will be back. Kim is so wonderful and funny she will keep you entertained for sure, and will never disappoint you, just have to trust her and don’t question her work she knows what’s best

My nails came out really cute but I paid $90 for them. Really the priciest nails I’ve ever gotten before with no additional services done like waxing or eyebrows or lashes. I can say I went in as a walk in and was greeted with the greatest customer service. Friendly establishment. I used to love coming here to get my nails done with alondra but stopped because i felt racially profiled here and the Asian owner Kim always call me "cousins" just because i am hispánica and the girl who dis my nails is also hispánic ...... so glad to hear Shell doesnt work there anymore Alondra deserves better! I Will definently be following her wherever Shell goes

Lux Nail Bar is my go to spot!! My mom and I love love love Kim, Rose, Kevin, and all of their other staff! They are extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I've been coming here for the last few months and I have never been disappointed! I recommend them every time someone compliments my nails!! Please come and support their business!
