*About the Owners*
Lux Salon started as a dream for Cleveland raised, Rimma Beres and Renee Balazs. Rimma and Renee have worked together for over 15 years and their expertise in the beauty industry is over 18 years. They have traveled many parts of the US including New York and Chicago and have worked one-on-one with some of the most talented Aveda educators the industry has to offer. Their knowledge in the beauty industry is first class and have trained as Aveda's in-salon coaches in both hair cutting and color allowing them to become educators in their trade.
Both Rimma and Renee feel their passion for the industry extends beyond just doing hair. They feel the best part of their job is connecting with clients on a personal level, making them feel and look their best both inside and out. They have had their work published in various magazines and hair style books, such as Hair in Style, Inspire & Short Hairstyles and many others.
