I owned a few salons and bought from many brands already, but I'm very impressed with Lux Spa team. I'm very pleased with the whole buying process. Wonderful customer service and delivery person. I've never came to the showroom, I only video called with Neil and he went over all the details and gave me suggestions. We arranged delivery date based on my convenience and they have their own truck to deliver right on time with pedicure chairs already installed. I am grateful the chairs came out to be much much better than I could imagine and the buying experience was phenomenon.
LUXSPA pedicure chairs are luxurious and beautiful. Look, they're great! We choose LUX Queen ES450 2022 Model. I suggest you buy them!
Attn: owner s! I ordered the exact picture from the left black & silver & Lux shop spa send me the one on the right. Ordered since 8/22 delivery in December & now the Dec 23rd the manager said they don’t have the correct silver & black stool in stock. It will take 4-8weeks even 3 months to make the correct order. They obviously intentionally sending extra left over inventory & hoping to get away w it. Lux spa shop is delaying my opening date! Mr & or Ms owner, please call me asap. At this point your company is causing me $$ & emotional distress! I have called numerous times requesting for owner but no return call. I cant trust that your team will fix the issues. They’re coming up w excuses. I’m more than disappointed & frusted I have ever been in my life. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.
With our recent renovation and expansion, we wanted to get new pedicure chairs that are beautiful and luxurious. After much research, we ended up buying the pedicure chairs from LUX SPA because of the quality and looks as well as all the gagets that comes with the chairs autofill, vent, chair adjustment button within technicians reach. We love that they have a trade in program so we were able to trade our old chairs in. The delivery, installation and customer service was phenomenal. Our customers love the chairs so much. Glad we chose LUX SPA chairs and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to upgrade the look of their salon.

First time buying from Luxspa, and feeling it is a great experience, the product quality is very good, the pedicure chair is very beautiful and luxurious, unlike many other places. The company's staffs are very enthusiastic and cute. I didn't have to spend too much time buying an order and was very satisfied with the delivery of the goods to the salon mine .. thanks for giving me the opportunity to use the product good , will buy more next time !

I wasn’t satisfied after receiving a damaged framelikely damaged in mail transit In order to receive a refund, I had to return the item at my own expense $189 shipping Paypal facilitated the refund of the purchase but not the shipping. Annie Mai, from the business went above & beyond by contacting me in order to rectify this and reimburse me for the shipping. They didn’t have too but the fact that they did is a positive reflection of the service they provide. They do value customer satisfaction & for this reason I recommend shopping here
