They were not up front with when you pay your deposit, you DO NOT have a grace period if you want to cancel and if you get the travel insurance you still can't get your money back they offer to give you a voucher. Fun Jet is a Billion dollar industry and I couldn't understand why they can't refund someone their money back if they cancel in a timely manor so be careful when booking, they will rip you off.. FYI if the hotels you choose are not up to par then think twice they don't care about your hard earned money and they will use the pandemic as an excuse as to why things are not what they post... The mere fact that you did not disclose all information, did not get back with info in a timely manner and we are still in pandemic mode that audacity to keep someones money to make your. pockets richer and keep someones deposit is wrong. Again Fun Jet is a RIP OFF!!! NOT TO MENTION THAT ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE A BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY WHAT HAPPEN TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAY RIGHT ? SHAME ON YOU!!
