Used to be a great nail salon. Now they are a JOKE. Don’t waste your time and money. The last time I was there the gel came off in a week. Gave them a reluctant second chance and got left with this. UPDATE: My nails are ALREADY chipping off. Only lasted 2 days. Not surprised at all. As for the company response, this was your second chance. I’m not giving you any more of my money and time.

This is the worst my nails have EVER looked . I’m highly dissatisfied and I would not recommend anyone going here! I paid 75$ for these and they were a fill in mind you starting at 35$ these ain’t even worth 75$. So I’m just saying they did a horrible job she was rushing the whole time and this is not even close to what I asked for .Service: Gel manicures

Everyone was so nice and accommodating! I needed my nails done for my wedding and I was a walk in with 6 friends. They took us right in and everyone’s nails looked great. I was stressing about just walking in with so many people on a Sunday but they immediately put me at ease and took care of us!Services: Acrylic nails

I had went in to get a soak off and have nails redone. After having them soaked off they didn’t want me to wash my hands- just sat me down and got started. Following that this women pulled out a pair of USED gloves to do my nails. I know a public salon isn’t the most sanitary. But USED GLOVES? I know because she pulled them out and had to put them right side out, as well as there was green polish on the gloves I had a different color and it was on there as soon as she started. I just don’t appreciate the lack of consideration when it comes to being sanitary.

Had my nails and feet done on a Saturday 15th was back in on Monday due to the gel polish coming off. Just two days and the gel polish came off. Went back to luxury on Monday Oct 17th and they asked me of I had a receipt and they would only fix the ones messed up and if I wanted a color change I would have to pay. Raggedy. I paid well over 100.00 for services and they were not nearly concerned with the piss poor serviced provided. Acted like I had a reason to lie about being there the Saturday before. I had my receipt in hand. No reason to treat paying customers like this. Their service is terrible. Products are low quality and staff are rude. Came in town for a concert so hands need help. 1st time there and I will definitely be back. Service was very enlightening due to me stressing but they made me comfortable. The glass of wine was a extra smile. $50 for me nails but he gave me exactly what I asked for. Thank you and see you soon

This was the worst experience i have ever had. Uncomfortable doesn’t even begin to describe horrible my visit was. I go today for a mani/pedi. During my pedi the girl stops after not completing my left foot and grabs a bowl for me to sit on my lap full of water and a bag of acetone for me to soak my nails. Now I’m sitting with a bowl and balancing it from falling over in my lap. She even had to dump the water so it would not spill while moving my feet up and down. All while other workers are coming over staring at my feet and distracting the lady. Rushed! Then when doing my nails, i asked for a cut down. Not!! Cut off!! My natural nail gone! She rushes through cleaning and applying the nail color. The $100 i spent today was not worth it!! Do not waste your time and money on “luxury”. Your only saving grace is getting Jo or Jenny. Never again!!!!

I made a same day appt. with Hannah for a gel removal/gel polish 5/13. I could tell she wasn’t happy about my service requested. She talked with her coworker stationed next to her and I could tell they were talking about me. A few workers stopped and talked and looked at me. She had an unusual tight grip on each of my fingers and was careless as she switched my hands. I’ve gone to her for the past 6 months so I noticed a difference. She asked if I wanted a manicure, I said no. She went on then asked later if I wanted a pedicure. My appt. form listed specifically want I came in for and it was on her work desk. I guess my minimal request wasn’t worth her 30 minutes of time. It’s too bad because she was referred to me because she does pretty good work. However after her nasty disposition I will no longer request her services. Considering going to another salon.
