Land Yacht Harbor is best described as a winter residence although some residents have chosen to live there year around. It is managed by a seven member Board of Directors who are responsible to the share holders of the Corporation. The park relies on volunteers to help the day to day operation. It is a wonderful place to live.

Seems like a nice enough place but like another said. No pets. I also didn’t see any shade spots and they also said my 40 foot Class A was too big?????? Oh well. Even though I did see one there that I do believe was 40 foot but they probably lied to get in and no one checked or measured. I can’t take that risk either since I live in my 40 footer Newmar full time.
Nice people, clean sites with full hookups. Watch out for fire ants. I hosed them down when working at the back and that solved it for the time. Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and myself have been coming since 2016. We have found the people we have met are very friendly. We have also found it quiet and peaceful. Thank you to all the volunteers that give there time to help out in the park. I know it means so much to everyone .. May god bless you all.. Have a Happy and Safe 2021..
Clean quiet 55 and over campground with good friendly people .
People were nice on the phone, however don't bother calling if you are under 50, still work even wfh, have kids with, or have pets. My husband is 53, I'm 48, we both wfh inside our Airstream and don't bother anyone. However, I gave up when they said no pets, I guess they aren't my kind of ppl.
Great Airstream Park! Extremely well taken care of and friendly environment staff and campers. Conveniently located to many area attractions. Will definitely come back again.
Great location close to a lot of sites to see very nice people with reasonable prices. It is really great to see so many air streams in one place
Nice campground, friendly people, Down side no shower house and no picnic tables at your camp site
Nice 55+ park with a lot of Airstreams. No kids or pets though.
Friendly people, and beautifully manicured grounds. It was a little hard to get in touch to make a reservation, but worth it.
