I have been coming here for months and it’s going to be my nail spot as long as the owners don’t change! Always fantastic and quick. They listen to what I want and make sure I’m happy with my nails! The whole atmosphere of the salon is welcoming too. 10/10 recommend getting your nails done here
Went in for a dipped manicure and the nails turned out well, but they did not clean up the edges at all. They also did not clip my cuticles at all so I had to go home and finish cleaning up around each nail and to trim my cuticles myself.
Okayyyyyyyy, it was super nice , they let us walk in , and my hubby finally got a pedicure, environment very peaceful and normally I don't do the massage chair but it was nice , for neck massage I choose. Prices resonalable , they where very polite and attentive to our needs. I wish I can take them back to my town , very good
I have been going here off and on for over 6 years. Unfortunately, the last service shellac manicure I had here will be my last. I had 3 nails chip within 3 days. They correctly fixed 2. The 3rd he just applied another layer of clear protector over the nail. Within 2 days it chipped again. Very disappointed, especially since I asked multiple times if the layer of protector would be good enough and was assured it would be. Paid a lot of money to have my dip removed, shellac done, plus a generous tip. Feel like I wasted my money. I could have done these better myself.

I’ve been getting gel manicures all my life and have never been up charged for shaping my natural nails. My nail is a naturally almond shape so I asked to keep the shape, no cutting down needed, and they charged me $5 extra. Just for “shaping.” When my nail is naturally in that shape and I did not get acrylics. I asked if shaping nails should be included in the manicure price and they said that round and square are but almond is extra because it’s more work. If that’s the case please have that clearly articulated on your price menu; because seems like they pick and choose who to charge extra to. My sister went in for a manicure earlier on the SAME DAY, has the same natural shape as me, and was NOT charged extra. Ultimately businesses have the power to charge whatever they feel is fair for a service, however, transparency is important if you want returning customers. Especially when the way you treat people already makes them feel unwelcome. Having a secrete price menu that you don’t disclose until someone is already in the chair getting the service done feels shady and unprofessional. I agree with the reviewers before who state they won’t be returning. Which sucks because John did a good job; it’s the owners who seem to be chasing customers away due to lack of respect and transparency.
Love LyLy Nails! Highly recommend! Their staff is amazing & I have such a nice, relaxing experience every time. I’ve been a regular for years at the Greenfield Ave location and so happy I found my go-to salon for my acrylic nails. I switched from my old shop just trying to find something closer to home and work. Stumbled upon Lyly and have been coming back ever since mid summer. Thi is really great but Mary is my go to! Really friendly people! I recommend my friends to come in when they ask for a place.Services: Nail art
1st nail tech is rude as h***! I remember why I said I wasn't going back after the 1st time. She's supposedly the one who can does the designs. However, when I showed her what I wanted, she quickly and rudely said she couldn't do it. Then complained about what she agreed to do. Looked nothing like the example but barked that she knew what she was doing. She then proceeded to give me the death stare. It took all of Jesus for me to hold my piece.
I have gotten dip powder extensions with An twice and she does an absolutely amazing job! They look perfect and she really takes her time. I got exactly what I asked for. I have been very happy both times I’ve gone to An she’s the best! Great nail salon!
