These guys are THE BEST, hands down! Communication 100% It's so easy to communicate with the pharmacy via text messaging, promptly answers your messages, by phone of course as well. Friendly and Fast service. You're acknowledged and treated as a regular, any waiting is very brief. Personal small town feel and individual attention. I couldn’t be happier, especially after coming from the big chain pharmacies that often made mistakes with my refills. Give them a shot, I promise you won't regret it.
I live 4.7 miles from this pharmacy. For several months they delivered 2 meds, each one only once a month. I'm going to be 70 on my next BD and my health has been getting worse. Now they've informed me they won't deliver to me. Says I'm not in Spartanburg county or in district 5 school area. I am in Spartanburg county because I've lived here for 7 years and filled out many important forms that asked that question. I don't drive and have no family or friends that can pick up these. So I'm going to do without much needed medicine because of 4.7 miles is too far. What has happened to going a tiny bit above and beyond to help a senior citizen? Other pharmacies only deliver 2 days a week and charge $5.00.. A little bit of kindness is noticed by God and He also notices the opposite.
This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever had the privilege of using. The pharmacists and staff will go out of their way to help you, and they are incredibly efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
We switched to Lyman Drug from CVS and have been happy with the service so far! They have been nice every time I've called and gone through the drive thru. They always have everything I need as far my medicine goes, which is important to me and my family, and i couldn't been happier with the decision of changing pharmacies.
Amazing pharmacy! I called them and someone answered the phone, wasn’t put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour like other places. My husband picked up his prescription with no issues!
Love this little pharmacy I've used for years. Priced competitively with the chain stores with personal service like an old country store. I don't know how they do it but I'm so glad they do!! Great staff. Great service.
Addison and his staff at Lyman Drug are outstanding. I’ve waited a maximum of 2 minutes in line both inside and in the drive through. They beat the big drug stores in every angle when getting your prescriptions. 10/10 recommend!!
