Lyman Whitaker Wind Sculptures
Internationally renowned sculptor Lyman Whitaker is widely respected for the sophistication of his Wind Sculptures. Since the 1980's he has focused his artistic abilities on gracefully capturing the spirit of the wind through his kinetic art.
Lyman's sculptures are handmade of copper, steel and stainless steel - metals chosen for their beauty and durability. An applied patina encourages the natural verdigris of weathered copper. Each Wind Sculpture spins on a sealed bearing and can be installed so as to be secure against theft.
The Wind Sculptures range in height from 5 to 28 feet, and can be installed alone or in groupings.
