My name is Lyn Moilanen and I am a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker at Your Service Realty. I have helped many Officers and Civilians with the Rochester Police Department with their real estate needs and would like the opportunity to meet with you and assist you in any way I can.
I would like to make you aware of a real estate service I created after 911 called Homes for Hometown Heroes. I started providing this service in Southeastern Minnesota as a way to give back to the heroes in my very own community. The Homes for Hometown Heroes service allows me and Coldwell Banker to give YOU, the HERO, back a portion of my commission at closing. I have personally been able to give back thousands of dollars to my past Heroes.
Some of the reasons I am so passionate about the Homes for Hometown Heroes program is my dad served in the Air National Guard for 30 years and has since retired. My husband of 25 years is currently with the Rochester Police Department and has served the community proudly for the last 20 years.
Relocating always involves the ironic combination of excitement and stress. Through many years of experience I am able to maximize the excitement and minimize the stress for my clients. This is accomplished by being in a partnership with them each step of the way and far beyond the closing date.
