I attended the Lyndhurst Flower Show, and the arrangements throughout Jay Gould's mansion will take your breath away! Each room is more beautiful than the next! Afterwards, I stopped in their Cafe and purchased Linzer cookies! OMG YUM! I wished I had more time because the food looked & smelled very appetizing! Just opened for the summer I've never been there before and just an interesting place great view of the Hudson River
It was great! The tour guide name was Nathan, very informative. Spent a little more than an hour touring the mansion then walked around to the rose garden Bowling alley and green house.
Its a wonderful place to visit and learn a little history. Many nice events are done there during the entire hear.
Was a time travel wonder. Love how the house was decorated for Christmas. Each room was do special.
The grounds and tours are great to walk around and see the nature and history of the Hudson Valley.
