Purchased dress in the past from Pink Slip. Drove quite a distance to start Prom dress shopping. My daughter was in from out of town to help her sister look at dresses. Upon entering the shop she told us we would need an appointment. I said we never needed an appointment in the past. We just wanted to look. They turned us away from even looking at the dresses. There was quite possibly 6 people in the entire store. Will never return to Pink Slip. Terrible customer service. She could have just let us browse the dresses. I could see if it was crowded however there was no one in the store. Poor decision making.
What an amazing experience! The staff is incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to make shopping for my daughters first school dance dress a special moment. My sister was in town to be part of the experience and Pink Slip was very accommodating. From the minute we walked into this beautiful place to when we left with a gorgeous dress we were very impressed. The owner is amazing and does an outstanding job selecting merchandise for her customers. The staff is well trained and does a fantastic job making everyone comfortable and they are super knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come here again thanks for an amazing experience.
My experience at Pink Slip was absolutely wonderful and the dress selection was outstanding. My daughter found several dresses she loved which made it difficult to choose just one. We were able to purchase shoes and jewelry to go with the dress and also get alterations done which was very convenient. I appreciated their policy of by appointment only to limit the number of people visiting the boutique at the same time. The associate who assisted us was Courtney and she was phenomenal!!! I highly recommend Pink Slip but you must go early in the homecoming or prom season to get the best selection of dresses. This boutique is special and I will be purchasing all of my daughter’s formal dresses from there. Many thanks to the owner and staff for making our experience memorable.
Pink Slip brand and the employees represent everything you could want in a business as a customer. They are kind-hearted and outgoing while going out of their way to make sure that you feel and look your best. They go above and beyond to make your experience memorable and pleasurable. I have had countless shopping experiences at Pink Slip and the sister store Parker James. Their goal is give you top quality items with a top quality experience. The brand's mission is evident in all that they do. The owner Lauren pours her heart and soul into her stores to ensure that the customer is not just getting a dress but they are getting an experience. I highly recommend going to Pink Slip Boutique to get the most glamorous dress for any occasion. You won't just leave with a dress, you'll leave with positive memories and new friends!

We had the most enjoyable experience at Pink Slip. Covid has been a very difficult time and the girls treated my daughter like a princess and made her feel so special for her big day. We can't wait to come back for Prom season. The store was so accommodating when we had to change my daughters appointment time. They went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you Pink Slip for creating a beautiful memory to last a lifetime!
I have been to Pink Slip a few times. I ultimately bought my wedding dress here! I love Lauren and her staff, they’re so helpful, warm, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend it to everyone looking to support the BEST small business around.
I’d like to start this review saying that Pink Slip is what other local and national retailers should strive to be. As a locally owned business, they have adapted in an unstable environment and are still here to clothe our high schoolers. We should all consider ourselves lucky to spend our money in this and any locally owned establishment. This money we spend there goes right back to our community. Furthermore, if you wait until the last minute to buy a dress for your occasion and leave a bad review because they are all sold out of dresses, then it’s your fault for waiting until the last minute. It also proves that they’re doing something right.
I have tried to call this place for three days no return phone calls or emails ! Maybe they have too much business or don’t care . I certainly would not do business with this place . Never answer phone , either maybe they are closed . But to just give your credit card number to Soneone u don’t know for an appt , is craxy . Beware ladies . Plenty of places will take your money for What u buy not for the pleasure of looking at dresses !
Pink Slip is by far the best place to get a dress and/or accessories. They have the nicest workers ever! So easy to get along with and make small talk. I've bought several items from Pink Slip including my prom dress, which is a huge decision!!! They were so nice and their dresses are so unique. The workers are always there to help match jewelry or grab dresses that will look great on you. The prices are reasonable and you're always happy when you walk out of Pink Slip with a fab dress or sparkly item :
